Fuse unit
A fuse unit includes a fuse element which includes a fusible portion, a housing which accommodates the fuse element in a state that the fusible portion is exposed to an outside thereof, and a cover which is attached to the housing so as to cover the fusible portion. The cover includes a pair of side wall portions which is disposed so as to face each other with the fusible portion interposed therebetween, and a connection portion which connects the pair of side wall portions. The housing includes a guide wall which is configured to guide the cover toward the fusible portion when the cover is attached to the housing. The guide wall is inclined to a direction intersecting a separation direction in which the cover is separated from the housing.
Fuse mounting structure and battery system
A fuse mounting structure and a batter system are provided according to the present application, the fuse mounting structure is used for mounting a fuse to a battery box, and includes a drawer and a fuse base; where the fuse base is mounted in the battery box, and the drawer is used for mounting the fuse; the drawer is provided with a guide device in a sliding fit with the fuse base, so as to guide the drawer to be inserted into the fuse base. According to the fuse mounting structure, the guide device is arranged on the drawer, the guide device guides the drawer with fuse when the drawer enters the fuse base, there is no need to align the plug-in holes, which realizes blind insertion of fuses and reduces the workload of fuse insertion.
Electrical Fuse Element
An electric fuse element for arrangement on a printed circuit board is specified. The fuse element is formed as an SMD component and has a cuboidal insulating housing, two contact elements for electrical connection to the printed circuit board and at least one support element. The contact elements are arranged on a bottom side of the insulating housing, wherein the contact elements emerge at the bottom side of the insulating housing by way of a subregion, which has a contact area on the end side. The emerging subregion having the contact areas is of angled form.
Pressure resistant housing for subsea applications
A pressure resistant housing for an electric component, which pressure resistant housing is adapted for use in subsea applications. The pressure resistant housing includes a first ceramic body arranged to accommodate the electric component, which first ceramic body is provided with a first opening and a second opening, a first metal lid for closing the first opening, a first annular sealing member arranged to provide a fluid tight seal between the first metal lid and the first opening, a first clamp arranged to clamp the first metal lid to the first ceramic body, a second metal lid for closing the second opening, a second annular sealing member arranged to provide a fluid tight seal between the second metal lid and the second opening, and a second clamp arranged to clamp the second metal lid to the first ceramic body.
Cutout cover
A fuse cutout assembly cover including an insulator cover end for positioning over a cutout assembly insulator and including a shield end for shielding a cutout upper contact assembly. An intermediate portion between the insulator cover end and the shield end can have detents for retaining the cover in place on the fuse cutout assembly. The fuse cutout cover can include a plurality of hole and slot arrangements to provide multiple access sites for an installation tool such as a shotgun stick or other hot stick tool. Methods of manufacturing fuse cutout assembly covers are also disclosed.
Sealed modular power distribution apparatus
Provided are approaches for modularized power distribution. In one approach, an apparatus may include a module extending into an interior cavity of a housing assembly through an opening formed in a base section of the housing assembly. The module may include a component grid at one end for receiving one or more components (e.g., fuses, relays, circuit breakers, diodes, etc.), and a wiring alignment cover at an opposite end operable with a terminal. The apparatus may further include a mechanical sealing element disposed along one or more surfaces of the module to provide a seal between the module and the base section defining the opening. In another approach, a plurality of modules may be disposed within a plurality of openings formed in the base section. In another approach, the apparatus may include a bracket configured to releasably connect the base section and the cover.
Pressure-compensated fuse assembly
A pressure-compensated fuse assembly may include a first chamber housing a first fluid and a plurality of solid particles. Additionally, the fuse assembly may include a second chamber housing a second fluid. Further, the fuse assembly may include a pressure compensator disposed between the first chamber and the second chamber. The pressure compensator may be configured to transfer pressure from the second fluid in the second chamber to the plurality of solid particles in the first chamber.
Sealed inline fuse module
A fuse holder including a main body portion formed of an electrically insulating material, the main body portion defining a hollow interior and having first and second through holes formed in opposing rear and front walls thereof, respectively, the first and second through holes being aligned with one another, an integrated first electrical cable having a first ring terminal extending into the hollow interior of the main body portion, the first ring terminal disposed on the rear wall and aligned with the first through hole in the rear wall, and an integrated second electrical cable having a second ring terminal extending into the hollow interior of the main body portion, the second ring terminal disposed on the front wall and aligned with the second through hole in the front wall.
