Fuse array and junction box with fuse array
A fuse array includes a main bus bar extending along a first plane and a plurality of first terminals electrically connected to the main bus bar via first fuse elements. Each of the plurality of first terminals are a planar member having a continuous surface so as to form a male blade. The male blade is configured to be seated into a terminal connector housing having a female blade so as to form an electric connection. The first terminals are disposed on a plane orthogonal to the first plane of the main bus bar.
Connector and Connector Assembly
A connector configured to be fitted with a mating connector includes a main housing, a sub-housing supported on the main housing to be slidable in a fitting direction with respect to the main housing in which the connector is fitted with the mating connector, and an operating member pivotably and slidably supported on the main housing. The main housing moves closer to the mating connector when the operating member is pivoted from a first posture to a second posture. The sub-housing moves in the fitting direction when the operating member slides from the second posture in a direction different from the fitting direction. The sub-housing has an erroneous fitting prevention part abutting against the mating connector in a state of incomplete fitting of the connector with the mating connector.
Fuse Holder
A fuse holder provides a safe device for connecting fuses to a three-phase busbar device. Each phase includes a corresponding load conductor and line conductor mounted within a housing. A mechanical lock is provided for each phase that locks a knife of the fuse to one of the conductors for the phase. In a further aspect, the fuse knives are frictionally locked within the housing. In both the mechanical lock and frictional lock, a release mechanism is provided that can be activated by a screwdriver to release the fuse knives from the fuse holder. In another aspect, certain conductors are provided with heat dissipation wings that contact the housing to dissipate heat generated by current flowing through the conductor.

Fuses, vehicle circuit for electric vehicle and electric vehicle
The present utility model relates to a fuse, a vehicle circuit for an electric vehicle, and an electric vehicle. The fuse has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, and includes: a bushing, having a through-hole cavity extending in the longitudinal direction and for accommodating quartz sand and two end surfaces in the longitudinal direction; a fuse body, accommodated in the through-hole cavity; and two contact blades, positioned at two ends of the through-hole cavity and conductively joined to the fuse body. At least one of the contact blades comprises a first section coming into direct sealing contact with one of the end surfaces of the bushing by covering the through-hole cavity, and an overhanging arm section extending from the first section. The overhanging arm section includes a second section extending, in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, out of the bushing.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND APPARATUSES FOR TRANSFERRING POWER AND ANALYSIS
Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described for transferring power. A power transfer device may be configured to securely fit in a fuse block, fuse holder, and/or the like. The power transfer device may transfer power from a source to a load connected to the fuse block, fuse holder, and/or the like, while also isolating the power to prevent the power from backfeeding to the source. The power transfer device may be used to perform testing, measurements, and/or analysis (e.g., voltage measurements, power measurements, frequency analysis, system impedance testing, etc.).

In another aspect, certain conductors are provided with heat dissipation wings that contact the housing to dissipate heat generated by current flowing through the conductor.
Fuse holding element configured to releasibly cooperate with a conducting bar
A fuse holding element includes a pair of holding branches facing each other and extending substantially parallel to a central plane of the fuse holding element and a linking part on which the holding branches are attached. The holding branches define a receiving location for a conducting end of a cylindrical fuse. The linking part has a fastener releasably cooperating with a complementary part of a conducting bar.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENT MODULE
An electronic component module according to the present disclosure includes a fuse, a relay, a first conductor, a first connecting conductor, a second conductor, a second connecting conductor, and a third conductor. The first conductor, the second conductor, and the third conductor are arranged in the order of the third conductor, the second conductor, and the first conductor in a first direction. A first fuse terminal is connected to a plate-shaped portion of the first connecting conductor. A second fuse terminal is connected to a plate-shaped portion of the second connecting conductor. A first relay terminal is connected to an end of the second conductor that is located in a direction opposite to the first direction. A second relay terminal is connected to an end of the third conductor that is located in the first direction.
