PLUG-IN CONNECTOR WITH A HANDLE PART
A plug-in connector cooperating with a terminal block includes a body having a cooperation assembly mechanically securing the plug-in connector on the terminal block, the body having a compartment accommodating a fuse element, a pair of plug contacts received within the compartment, and a handle part having an actuating portion and a linking portion. The plug contacts are each connected to a terminal of the fuse element. Each of the plug contacts has a contact tongue extending outside of the compartment, the contact tongue electrically secured to a bus bar of the terminal block. The linking portion is attached to the body and extends along a linking axis parallel to an insertion axis of a pin of the cooperation assembly. The actuating portion has an actuating surface extending transversely to the insertion axis and cooperating with a marking element disposed along the actuating surface.

Overcurrent protection device holder
An overcurrent protection device for distributing power to a component. A cartridge may removeably receiving a TPA fuse. The cartridge may include a power input terminal and a power output terminal. When the cartridge is removeably received by a power distribution panel the power input terminal may directly couple to a power input connection of the power distribution panel and the power output terminal may directly couple to a power output connection of the power distribution panel. The directly coupled power input terminal and power output terminal being void of an intermediate busbar arranged between the cartridge and the power distribution panel.
Vehicle accessory power switch
An electrical switch for providing power from a power source to a component may include a voltage supervisor having an input and an output, a voltage divider, electrically coupled between the input of the voltage supervisor and ground, an RC filter electrically coupled to the output of the voltage supervisor, and a field-effect transistor having a first terminal coupled to the RC filter and a second terminal coupled to an output of the switch, the output configured to be electrically coupled to the component. A switch may additionally or alternatively include a light source electrically that emits light when power is provided from the input of the switch to the component, the light source arranged proximate a fuse so as to illuminate the fuse.

Signaling device, an electrical fuse apparatus and a device comprising the electrical fuse apparatus
A signaling device adapted to be electrically coupled to an electric potential applied to terminals of a fuse element or to clips of a fuse holder. The signaling device is adapted to signal to the outside at least one property of the fuse element. In addition, the signaling device includes at least one transmission layer having an electrically controllable transmission factor.
Vehicle fuse box fault indicator
A vehicle is disclosed for indicating when a fuse is blown in a vehicle fuse box. An example vehicle includes an electrical system, a fuse box comprising a door and an inner panel, covered in part with respective luminous materials and a plurality of fuses positioned inside the fuse box, coupled to the electrical system. Each fuse comprise an LED coupled between terminals of the fuse, and a lens configured to direct light from the LED toward the door and the inner panel.

Monitoring and recoverable protection of switching circuitry for smart-home devices
A method may include operating a switching circuit in an on state and an off state to actuate a flow of electrical power through a load when switched to the on state; monitoring an electrical property associated with the switching circuit; receiving an enable signal from a processor to power the load; providing a drive signal to the switching circuit to switch to the on state and power the load; determining if an electrical anomaly is present based on the monitored electrical properties; causing the switching circuit to switch to the off state if an electrical anomaly is detected; providing a fault signal to the processor; determining while the switching circuit is off, if the electrical anomaly has been corrected; and after the anomaly has been corrected, causing the switching circuit to switch to the on state.
Fuse protector with a plurality of fuses
A fuse protector with a plurality of fuses comprises a fuse protector base, a fuse carrier, and fuse elements. The fuse elements are disposed on the fuse carrier, and the fuse carrier is inserted in the fuse protector base. One side of the fuse protector base is provided with at least two wiring assemblies, and the other side of the fuse protector base is provided with at least two wiring assemblies. The fuse protector base is further provided with base contacts corresponding to the wiring assemblies. The fuse carrier is inserted into the fuse protector base. When the fuse carrier is pulled out of the fuse protector base, at least four breaking points are formed at the same time, and the voltage of an arc is distributed to the four contact points. Therefore, the voltage of the arc is effectively reduced, space is saved.
