The first and second patterned electrically conductive layers are separated from one another by the insulating layer. The assembly composed of the first and second patterned electrically conductive layers and the insulating layer is arranged between the first and second substrate layers. The first and second capacitive sensing elements are arranged offset relative to each other. An overlap of elements of the first capacitive sensitive element and of the first supply line structure makes up an area less than or equal to 10% of that of the second capacitive sensitive element.
