A magnetron is provided and includes a tube body with a plurality of communicated first cavities therein, a plurality of anodes in the first cavities including a cylinder and a plurality of vanes, outer ends of the vanes are connected with an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder; a first resonant cavity and a second resonant cavity are formed between the adjacent vanes, the cylinder is provided with a plurality of coupling slots arranged at intervals and running through the cylinder to communicate the first resonant cavity with the first cavity; a plurality of cathode arranged in and coaxially with the cylinder; the cathodes and inner ends of the vanes are spaced apart; at least part of the cathodes are located inside vanes, and an output slot is defined on the tube body for communicating the first cavity with an outside.

According to one embodiment, an electron-emitting electrode includes a first member, a first diamond member, and a second diamond member. A surface of the first member includes a first region and a second region. The first diamond member is provided at the first region. The first diamond member includes a first element that includes at least one of nitrogen, phosphorus, arsenic, antimony, and bismuth. The second diamond member is provided at the second region. The second diamond member includes a second element that includes at least one of boron, aluminum, gallium, and indium.
Electron-emitting electrode including multiple diamond members and magnetron including same
According to one embodiment, an electron-emitting electrode includes a first member, a first diamond member, and a second diamond member. A surface of the first member includes a first region and a second region. The first diamond member is provided at the first region. The first diamond member includes a first element that includes at least one of nitrogen, phosphorus, arsenic, antimony, and bismuth. The second diamond member is provided at the second region. The second diamond member includes a second element that includes at least one of boron, aluminum, gallium, and indium.

An electron gun comprising a cathode having an electron emitting surface and whose planar shape is circular, a heater to increase the temperature of the cathode, and an anode to apply a positive electric potential relative to the cathode to extract electrons in a predetermined direction is provided. The cathode comprises a through hole at a central portion thereof along a central axis of the cathode, and either the cathode comprises a no-emitting layer at at least one of an opening edge on the electron emitting surface side of the through hole and an inner surface of the through hole, or the opening edge on the electron emitting surface side of the through hole is a chamfered C surface or a chamfered R surface.

It is an object to provide a tungsten alloy exhibiting characteristics equal to or higher in characteristics than those of a thorium-containing tungsten alloy, without using thorium which is a radioactive material, and a discharge lamp, a transmitting tube, and a magnetron using the tungsten alloy. According to the present invention, a tungsten alloy includes 0.1 to 5 wt % of Zr in terms of ZrC.

It is an object to provide a tungsten alloy exhibiting characteristics equal to or higher in characteristics than those of a thorium-containing tungsten alloy, without using thorium which is a radioactive material, and a discharge lamp, a transmitting tube, and a magnetron using the tungsten alloy. According to the present invention, a tungsten alloy includes 0.1 to 5 wt % of Zr in terms of ZrC.

A 4G magnetron is disclosed. The magnetron may include an anode, having a cylindrical member and anode vanes disposed within the cylindrical member which define resonant cavities therebetween, and a dispenser cathode, suitable for heating and located coaxially within said anode. The magnetron may operate in a temperature range of about 850-1050 C. The magnetron may include conductive cooling. The magnetron may comprise inventive anode and cathode structures. A method for preparing a plurality of magnetron tubes substantially simultaneously is further provided.

Electro magnetic oscillator tube with enhanced isotopes
A system for an electro magnetic oscillator tube with enhanced isotopes is disclosed herein having at least one magnetron layer. Each layer has a first magnet, a conduction block, and a second magnet of opposite polarity. The conduction block is disposed in a plane about an emitter of isotopic particles, where an opposite electrical polarity relative to the emitter forms between the emitter and the conduction block. The conduction block has an RF port, an interaction space in its inner periphery, and a polar array of resonant cavities forming along its outer periphery, and a diamond or similar material coating the conduction block surfaces. The system also has a connection between selected groups of resonant cavities at locations of like electrical polarity, wherein the connections have conductive strapping elements within the conduction block.
