A table game management system according to the present invention includes a camera that images a game token placed on a game table, and a management control device that grasps a type of the game token placed on the game table based on a color of a side face of the game token imaged by the camera.

Methods of playing commission-free pai gow poker games are disclosed. The commission-free pai gow poker games have multiple features, including a novel push mechanism and a novel copy-fostering mechanism, that provide a gaming establishment with an adequate house edge without the need to charge a commission on player wins. A method for playing a modified Baccarat card game includes providing a gaming table having various betting options, receiving one or more Variable Value Tokens from a gambler, determining whether the wager placed in the stage of receiving is a winning wager in the Baccarat game and on the Bigger Win side bet and other side bets (if any), and dispensing a payout.

A platform, device and process for capturing images of the surface of a gaming table and determining the quantity, identity, and arrangement of chips bet at a gaming table. Image data is captured corresponding to the one or more chips positioned in at least one betting area on a gaming surface of the respective gaming table and the data is processed to filter out the background, establish a two dimensional grid of points of interests and corresponding histograms for classifying the one or more chips through identifying a dominant classification of each row in the grid of points of interests.

A detection system according to the present invention includes a control device that detects fraud conducted on a game table by using the image analysis result obtained by an image analysis device. In addition, each game token used in this detection system has a multilayer structure having plastic layers with a plurality of different colors stacked on each other, with a colored layer being provided at least intermediately, and white layers or light-colored layers (not illustrated, but may be any layers lighter in color than the colored layer) being stacked on two sides of the intermediate colored layer.
