The attachment points preferably comprise a loop of material that serves as a point of connection for the shoe ornamenting device. A replaceable band is secured to a first shackle and a second shackle, the shackles being removably secured, respectively, to loops of material at each bridge end of the shoe, using a fastener, such as a pin, which secures the shackle to a loop.
