Glass coating composition
A glass coating composition for a fuel cell gasket is described. The coating comprises: a glass component effective to form an alkaline solution in the presence of an equivalent amount of water by weight, a binder component, a liquid carrier which is greater than 50% by volume: water, and a retarder effective to inhibit hardening of the composition. The glass coating composition is particularly useful in fuel cell gaskets and provides improved resistance to solidification in an aqueous dispersion.

Method and system for making a fuel cell
Herein disclosed is a method of making a fuel cell including forming an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte using an additive manufacturing machine. The electrolyte is between the anode and the cathode. Preferably, electrical current flow is perpendicular to the electrolyte in the lateral direction when the fuel cell is in use. Preferably, the method comprises making an interconnect, a barrier layer, and a catalyst layer using the additive manufacturing machine.
GASKET MANUFACTURING METHOD
A gasket manufacturing method, which enables an improvement in sealing performance by making the thickness of a gasket formed on a bead on a base member more uniform. The manufacturing method of a separator-integrated gasket includes dispensing a gasket material, and curing the gasket material dispensed on the bead. The bead includes portions having different widths in a short direction thereof. Compared to a moving speed of a dispensing apparatus relative to the separator body in a narrow portion where the width is small, the moving speed is slower in a wide portion having a larger width than the narrow portion.

SOC STACK COMPRISING INTEGRATED INTERCONNECT AND SPACER
A Solid Oxide Cell stack has an integrated interconnect and spacer, which is formed by bending a surplus part of the plate interconnect 180° to form a spacer part on top of the interconnect and connected to the interconnect at least by the bend.

Metal Pole Plate Sealing Structure for Fuel Cell and Fuel Cell Using Same
A metal pole plate sealing structure for a fuel cell is disclosed, as well as a fuel cell using this structure. The metal pole plate sealing structure for a fuel cell includes a metal pole plate, a membrane electrode assembly and a sealing rubber body. The metal pole plate has a sealing rubber groove. The sealing rubber body is accommodated in the sealing rubber groove. The sealing rubber groove, the sealing rubber body and a frame of the membrane electrode assembly cooperate with each other to seal an internal space enclosed when the metal pole plate and the membrane electrode assembly are pressed together. An inner surface of the sealing rubber groove has a positioning unit which makes it easier to fix an installation position of the sealing rubber body in the sealing rubber groove.
