Conformable Battery Pack Assembly
A conformable battery pack assembly includes an array of individual electrochemical cells electrically connected with one another. The array is surrounded and encapsulated by a flexible outer shell made from a material having a skin-like feel.
Battery pack
A battery pack, including a cell assembly including a plurality of secondary batteries and having outer protrusions formed at an outer side surface thereof to extend vertically and a pack housing configured to have an inner space in which the cell assembly is accommodated, the pack housing having inner protrusions formed at an inner side surface thereof to extend vertically, wherein the cell assembly has ducts provided at both side surfaces thereof so that fluid flows into or out of a secondary battery, and the outer protrusions are formed at outer side surfaces of the ducts.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY PACK
A rechargeable battery pack, in particular a rechargeable battery pack for a hand-held power tool. The rechargeable battery pack includes a housing in which at least one rechargeable battery cell is accommodated. It is provided that the rechargeable battery pack includes at least one protective element that is connected to the housing.

CASE AIRTIGHTNESS EVALUATION METHOD AND EVALUATION DEVICE
A case airtightness evaluation method evaluates airtightness of a case mounted at a vehicle. A pressure measuring step of the evaluation method includes pressurizing or depressurizing air in the case, allowing pressure in the case to stabilize, and then measuring a pressure change in the case. During the measurement of the pressure change, a deformation amount acquiring step acquires a deformation amount of a specific location of the case. Based on the acquired deformation amount, a correcting step corrects the measured pressure change. Based on the corrected pressure change, an evaluating step evaluates airtightness of the case.
Battery cell assembly
A battery module includes a number of battery cells, which are connected to each other at connection poles. The battery cells have respective hard shell housings, in which at least one bus bar extends. A number of wound and/or stacked battery cells is electrically contacted by the at least one bus bar.
Battery module
A Battery module includes a plurality of cylindrical batteries and battery a holder holding the cylindrical batteries arranged in at least one row. The battery holder includes a first side wall part, a second side wall part, and a low thermal-conductive member disposed between the side wall parts. The low thermal-conductive member includes a first partition walls interposed between respective the cylindrical batteries and the first side wall part, and the second partition walls interposed between the respective cylindrical batteries and the second side wall part. The first and the second partition walls are alternately arrayed along the row.
Battery, battery case, and electric vehicle
A battery case includes a first cell accommodating portion that accommodates a first number of battery cells, and a second cell accommodating portion that accommodates a second number of battery cells, smaller than the first number. The second cell accommodating portion is shorter than the first cell accommodating portion in one of three directions parallel to sides of the battery case. The battery case further includes a board accommodating portion, which is adjacent to the second cell accommodating portion in the one of the three directions, and that accommodates a circuit board therein; a first partition wall arranged between the first cell accommodating portion and the board accommodating portion; and a second partition wall arranged between the second cell accommodating portion and the board accommodating portion. Thus, the thickness of the battery is reduced and the circuit board is separated from the battery cells.
BATTERY PACK
In a battery pack having a housing, battery modules composed of a plurality of battery cells, acquisition units equipped with slave antennas, and a monitoring device equipped with a parent antenna, the monitoring device and the acquisition units perform wireless communication to obtain battery information such as a state of change of each battery cell. A radio wave absorption part is formed on at least one of surfaces of the housing and an inside part of the housing. The radio wave absorption part absorbs a part of radio waves emitted from the parent antenna and the slave antennas.
