BATTERY MODULE, BATTERY PACK, AND DEVICE
This application discloses a battery module, a battery pack, and a device, and relates to the field of battery technologies, to optimize a structure of the battery module. The battery module includes a battery, a wire harness board, a circuit board, and a temperature sensing assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The wire harness board is disposed on an outer side of the top of the top cover, and the wire harness board includes a body and a mounting portion disposed at the body. The circuit board is connected to the wire harness board. The temperature sensing assembly is mounted at the mounting portion, and pressed by the circuit board closely against the top cover. The battery module not only effectively implements temperature sensing at the top cover, but also prevents the temperature sensing assembly from being damaged due to excessive force applied by the circuit board.

Each battery cell may be characterized by a first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface. Each battery cell may be characterized by a third surface extending vertically between the first surface and the second surface. The first surface may face the longitudinal beam, and battery terminals may extend from the third surface. Each battery cell may be characterized by a fourth surface opposite the third surface. The packs may include a lid coupled with the first surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells. The packs may include a base coupled with the second surface of each battery cell of the plurality of battery cells.
TRACTION BATTERY PACK ELECTRONICS SUPPORT PLATE AND ELECTRONICS SUPPORT METHOD
A traction battery pack assembly includes battery cells, an enclosure tray, an enclosure cover that is secured to enclosure tray to provide an interior area that houses the plurality of battery cells, and an electronics support plate supported by the enclosure cover. A traction battery electronics support method includes positioning battery cells of a traction battery pack within an enclosure tray of the traction battery pack, connecting at least one electronics module electrically to other components of the traction battery pack. After the connecting, the method includes securing an electronics support plate to an enclosure cover of the traction battery pack. The electronics support plate supports the at least one electronics module.

BATTERY COUNTER-WEIGHT FOR WIRELESS SAILBOAT WIND INSTRUMENT
Improvements are disclosed here for a sailboat wind sensor (PCT/CA2014/000416) in which the solar panels form the tail of the wind direction arrow, and a digital compass is built into the wind direction arrow. The battery is moved to the nose cone and held in waterproof container to serve as a counter-weight, eliminating the brass nose cone which is traditionally used on anemometers to substantially reduce the weight. A new method of encapsulating the electronics in the tail is disclosed, using ultrasonic welding of a shell over the circuit board, rather than molding a resin over the electronics.
