Battery module
A battery module includes a housing, at least one cell stack inside the housing, a tightening assembly and a thermal conductive element. The tightening assembly includes first and second plugin members. The first plugin member has a first stopping portion and a first bolt portion connected with the first stopping portion, and the first bolt portion is tapered from the first stopping portion. The second plugin member has a second stopping portion and a second bolt portion connected with the second stopping portion, and the second bolt portion is tapered from the second stopping portion. The first and second plugin members are detachably inserted into the battery module from two opposing sides of the cell stack. The thermal conductive element tightens the cell stack to the housing.
Housing for accomodating a battery pack and method for producing such a housing
A housing for receiving a rechargeable battery pack having a plurality of rechargeable battery cells, in particular prismatic rechargeable battery cells or rechargeable pouch battery cells, having an encircling, preferably injection-molded, housing wall of plastics material which laterally surrounds a receptacle space for the rechargeable battery pack and in which at least one wound package wound from a strand of continuous fibers is integrated as a reinforcement structure, and to a method for producing such a housing.
LIQUID-COOLED MOTOR VEHICLE TRACTION BATTERY MODULE
A liquid-cooled motor vehicle traction battery module with a rigid and fluid-tight module housing in which a plurality of plate-like identical battery cells are accommodated. A plurality of identical deformable compression elements are provided between the battery cells and the battery cells are cooled by module-internal liquid cooling. Rigid cooling plates, which have cooling ducts for cooling liquid, are arranged between two mutually adjacent battery cells. Either a cooling plate or a compression element, against which the battery cells respectively directly bear, is in each case alternately arranged between two mutually adjacent battery cells.
Cell module
A cell module includes a plurality of battery cells each having a safety valve at a first end in a height direction, a first current collector plate including a main body having a through hole that at least partly overlaps the safety valve when viewed along the height direction and a lead extending into the through hole from the main body and being electrically connected to a first terminal of each of the battery cells, an exhaust duct disposed over a surface of the first current collector plate remote from the battery cells, and an insulating film being made of an insulating material and covering an area of the first current collector plate facing the exhaust duct. The safety valve opens when an internal pressure of any of the battery cells reaches or exceeds a predetermined level.
Battery module for a motor vehicle and method for the production thereof
A battery module for a motor vehicle has a battery module housing (30) with an insertion opening (32) and at least one battery cell package (40) is arranged in the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) has at least two battery cells (42) arranged parallel to one another and at least one compression pad (44) arranged parallel to the battery cells (42). The battery cells (42) and the at least one compression pad (44) are stacked one on top of the other in any desired order in a thickness direction (D). The battery cell package (40) is inserted in an insertion direction (E) through the insertion opening (32) into the battery module housing (30). The battery cell package (40) also has two insertion auxiliary layers (46) that respectively form outer sides (41) of the battery cell package (40) that are opposite in the thickness direction (D).

A battery module for a motor vehicle has a battery module housing (30) with an insertion opening (32) and at least one battery cell package (40) is arranged in the battery module housing (30). RESIN FRAME AND BATTERY MODULE
A resin frame in which a battery cell is held includes a positioning portion and a protruding portion. The positioning portion positions the top surface of the battery cell in the up-down direction by abutting with the top surface of the battery cell. The protruding portion is provided in a bottom portion of the resin frame. The protruding portion projects in the thickness direction of the battery cell. The protruding portion includes an inclined portion inclined from the thickness direction of the battery cell.
BATTERY PACK WITH REINFORCING ELEMENTS
A battery pack having a plurality of reinforcing elements disposed between cell holders and separating the cell connectors of the battery pack. Thereby, the battery pack according to the invention provides improved protection against short circuits during manufacture.

A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a battery cell laminated body in which a plurality of battery cells each including an electrode assembly are stacked; a U-shaped frame that accommodates the battery cell laminated body and has an opened upper part;
and an upper plate covering the battery cell laminated body on the opened U-shaped frame, wherein the U-shaped frame includes a bottom part and two side parts facing each other, the side part includes a depressed part that is depressed inward toward the battery cell laminated body, and the area of the depressed part is equal to or larger than the area of the electrode assembly.
