BATTERY MODULE HAVING IMPROVED GAS VENTING STRUCTURE, AND BATTERY PACK INCLUDING SAME
A battery module has an improved gas venting structure, and a battery pack including the same. Heat emission efficiency of a battery cell can be improved, and the outflow of sparks or embers can be blocked even when a thermal runaway of a battery cell occurs by forming a bracket formed at a position where mesh structures are alternately formed, at an inside a plate where mesh structures are formed.
Gas vent duct
A gas vent duct includes a lower case, an upper case, and a valve element. The valve element includes a shaft at its upper part and pivots on the shaft from a blocking position so that the gas vent pathway communicates with the outside of the vehicle compartment. The blocking position is a position in which the valve element blocks the ventilation pathway. The lower case includes a support supporting the shaft so that the valve element is pivotable. The support covers the shaft from above. A recess is defined by a portion of the inner surface of the upper case that is located above the support, the recess being recessed upward. When the recess and the support are seen from above, at least a part of the support is located within the recess.
Power supply assembly, atomizer, and electronic atomizing device
The present disclosure relates to an atomizer, a power supply assembly, and an electronic atomizing device. The electronic atomizing device includes an atomizer provided with an air inhaling channel therein for inhalation of aerosol, a power supply assembly supplying power to the atomizer and provided with a receiving cavity, a functional channel providing communication between the air inhaling channel and the receiving cavity, and a cushion plug disposed in the functional channel. When a difference between air pressure in the receiving cavity and air pressure in the air inhaling channel is less than a threshold pressure, the functional channel is in an open state. When the difference between the air pressure in the receiving cavity and the air pressure in the air inhaling channel exceeds the threshold pressure, the functional channel is in a closed state.
FUMES EXHAUST STRUCTURE FOR BATTERY PACK
A fumes exhaust structure for a battery pack exhausts a fuming gas generated in a battery module in a battery case due to an abnormality to outside a vehicle compartment. The fumes exhaust structure includes a fumes exhaust duct, an inverter, an inverter casing, and a fan. The fumes exhaust duct is disposed near the battery module to communicate with it. The inverter casing is disposed on a periphery of the battery case to communicate with it. The fan is disposed inside the battery case and sends air to the inverter casing. The fumes exhaust structure has first and second fumes exhaust paths. The first fumes exhaust path is used to exhaust the fuming gas to outside the vehicle compartment via the fumes exhaust duct. The second fumes exhaust path is used to exhaust the fuming gas to outside the vehicle compartment via the inverter casing.

Power supply device includes: battery stack in which a plurality of battery cells each including, on a top surface thereof, gas discharge valve that opens when an internal pressure of outer covering can increases are stacked; first cover provided on a top surface of battery stack and defining first gas duct communicating with gas discharge valve; and second cover provided on a top surface of first cover and defining second gas duct on a top surface of first gas duct. A plurality of communication holes through which first gas duct and second gas duct communicate with each other are formed on the top surface of first cover.

A battery cell pack includes a battery cell having first and second terminals and a gas vent on a bottom side of the battery cell; a frame on the bottom side of the battery cell, the frame including: a frame plate including first and second openings aligned with the first and second terminals and a third opening aligned with the gas vent, and first and second intermediate frame walls extending perpendicular to the frame plate; and a thermal protection plate extending between the intermediate frame walls, wherein the intermediate frame walls and the thermal protection plate form a channel along a length of the bottom side of the battery cell between the terminals. The present disclosure further relates to a battery pack including a plurality of battery cell packs and an electric vehicle including a battery pack.

An attachment member is prevented from coming off from an exterior case. Disclosed is a battery pack including: an exterior case; a battery unit; and an attachment member attached from outside of the exterior case, in which the attachment member has a plurality of claw portions, the attachment member is attached to the exterior case by the plurality of claw portions, a restricting member that restricts a movable range of the claw portion is provided inside the exterior case, and the restricting member is configured as a member separate from the exterior case.
BATTERY, APPARATUS USING BATTERY, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND PREPARATION DEVICE OF BATTERY
A battery includes a protective box provided with a guiding channel and a plurality of battery cells in the protective box. The plurality of battery cells include a first battery cell and a second battery cell adjacent to each other. The first battery cell includes a pressure relief end provided with a pressure relief mechanism. The pressure relief mechanism is configured to actuate release of internal pressure of the first battery cell in response to the internal pressure or an internal temperature of the first battery cell reaching a threshold. The guiding channel is configured to guide emissions released from the pressure relief mechanism. The pressure relief end of the first battery cell is staggered with one end of the second battery cell that is close to the pressure relief end, in a direction leaving the guiding channel.
