BATTERY MODULE
The present disclosure provides a battery module including a center cartridge assembly, on which a plurality of battery cells are arrayed and seated, including a cooling plate inner installed therein and configured to cool a part of each of the battery cells, a side cooling cover assembly which is coupled to two sides of the center cartridge assembly to protect the battery cells seated on the center cartridge assembly and includes a cooling plate outer attached thereto and configured to cool a part of each of the battery cells, and a busbar housing assembly which is coupled to an upper portion of the center cartridge assembly and includes one or more output busbars installed thereon and configured to be electrically connected to an electrode exposed at an upper portion of each of the battery cells.
BATTERY
A battery may include at least two battery cells and at least two electrical cell contacts for picking up a monitoring signal. The battery may include a main board arranged spaced apart from the battery cells. The main board may include at least two electrical board contacts. The main board may include at least one electronic component configured to process the monitoring signal. The battery may include a flexible conductor track for electrically connecting each cell contact with an associated board contact. The conductor track may include (i) a cell portion connected to the cell contacts and (ii) a board portion connected to the board contacts. The conductor track may include at least two electrical conductors connected to one of the cell contacts and the associated board contact. The battery may include a support plate supporting the board portion of the main board.
LASER CLEANING BATTERY COMPONENTS
A battery pack including a supporting structure, a battery cell housed within the supporting structure, a sleeve partially surrounding the battery cell, a bus bar, and a wire. The sleeve extends over a portion of a first end of the battery cell and has a laser-cut cutaway portion exposing a laser-cleaned first bonding area of the first end of the battery cell. The laser-cleaned first bonding area is positioned adjacent to an outer perimeter of the first end of the battery cell. The bus bar has a laser-cleaned second bonding area. The wire is bonded to the first and second laser-cleaned bonding areas to electrically connect the battery cell to the bus bar.
BATTERY MODULE
A battery module includes a cell stack in which a plurality of unit cells including terminal parts are aligned in a first direction and an insulating member surrounds the plurality of unit cells; and a module housing in which a plurality of receiving parts, into each of which the cell stack is configured to be inserted, are provided and are aligned in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein each of the plurality of receiving parts includes a fixing wall around the cell stack and having at least a portion which is in contact with the cell stack. The cell stacks adjacent to each other in the second direction are electrically connected to each other, and the cell stacks adjacent to each other in the first direction are electrically disconnected from each other, when not connected to an end module.
INSTALLATION DEVICE, BATTERY, ELECTRIC DEVICE, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT FOR BATTERY
The present disclosure provides an installation device, a battery, an electric device, a manufacturing method and a manufacturing equipment for the battery. The installation device is used for the battery including a case body, the installation device includes a base and a bracket, the base is configured to be connected to the case body; the bracket is configured to assemble an electrical connector of the battery, and is configured to be slidably connected with the base. The installation device according to the embodiment of the present application can reduce the operation space required by the installation device to fix the electrical connector while realizing the quick fixation of the electrical connector, so as to facilitate the installation of the electrical connector in a limited space. Furthermore, the space occupancy rate of the battery case by the installation device can be reduced, the space utilization rate of the battery case can be improved, and the energy density of the battery can be improved.
