BATTERY PACK AND CELL ASSEMBLY
Cell groups are electrically connected by effectively using the space within a housing. A housing of a battery pack has therewithin a partition wall which projects in a projecting direction. A first cell group has a plurality of battery cells on one side of the partition wall. A second cell group has a plurality of battery cells on another side. A first terminal block projects from a side of the first cell group toward a side of the second cell group more to a side in the projecting direction than the partition wall. A second terminal block projects from a side of the second cell group toward a side of the first cell group. A coupling bus bar has one end arranged on the first terminal block and another end arranged on the second terminal block, thereby electrically connecting the first cell group and second cell group.
BATTERY WIRING MODULE
The present disclosure provides a battery wiring module capable of reducing interference with module-side terminals at the time when bus bars are attached. The battery wiring module includes: a module-side terminal electrically connected to a bus bar B that connects battery terminals of a plurality of battery cells to each other; and an electric wire to which the module-side terminal is connected on one end side; and a housing that accommodates the electric wire and the module-side terminal. A housing body 21 constituting the housing includes an interference reduction portion 33 interposed between the bus bar B and the module-side terminal 13.

TRACTION BATTERY ASSEMBLY HAVING BATTERY ARRAY THAT IS RECONFIGURABLE TO HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS OF BATTERY CELLS IN PARALLEL WITH EACH OTHER
A traction battery assembly includes battery cells of a battery array, and switches of the battery array. The switches are transitionable between a first configuration and a second configuration. When the switches are in the first configuration, the battery cells of the array are partitioned into a first number of groups of battery cells in parallel with each other. When the switches are in the second configuration, the battery cells of the array are partitioned into a different, second number of groups of battery cells in parallel with each other.

Busbar assembly
A busbar assembly comprises an elongated support structure with a bottom, two side walls, extending in a length direction (L) along longitudinal sides, two spaced-apart central ridges extending in the length direction (L), a signal line, connected to the support structure between the central ridges, conductor members positioned between the side walls and an adjacent central ridge, adapted for interconnecting terminals of battery cells that are adjacent when seen in the length direction (L). The sidewalls and the ridges each extend at a cover side of the bottom and define top adhesive surface strips with respective widths Ws, Wc, the strips being situated in a connecting plane and adapted for adhesive connection to a top plate of a battery pack casing.
