The protruding portion has at least one ventilation channel defined thereon. A gas in the power battery flows outside through the ventilation channel. The body has a liquid injection hole and a flow guide shroud provided thereon. The flow guide shroud is arranged at an opening on a side of the liquid injection hole facing towards the jelly roll. The flow guide shroud includes a shielding plate and a plurality of connection posts. The shielding plate has an inclined surface facing towards the body and inclined towards a side away from the body in a radially outward direction of the shielding plate.

The secondary battery has a structure in which the pouch film seals the outer edges of the plate to accommodate the electrode assembly, so that no cup is formed in the process of forming of the pouch film. As a result, there is no limit to the increase in thickness of the electrode assembly, thereby increasing the energy density per volume of the battery.

A protecting member disposed at the concave part, the protecting member is electrically connected to the positive electrode column, and the protecting member is used for electrical connection with an external device or an external circuit. The concave part in the housing is formed concavely toward the accommodation cavity of the housing.

The electrode body includes an electrical collector tab. The electrical collector tab includes an extension part that extends from the electrode body, and a branch part that extends from a tip end area of the extension part in a direction different from the extension part. The branch part includes a portion joined to the electrical collector terminal.
