MULTIPACTION-PROOF WAVEGUIDE FILTER
20220013878 · 2022-01-13 ·

A multipaction-proof waveguide filter includes a main cavity and a number of corrugations extending from the main cavity. The main cavity includes corrugation interconnect regions between the plurality of corrugations. The corrugation interconnect regions include sloped surfaces, and the corrugations include flared nonparallel sidewalls. Due to the introduced sloped surfaces and flares, an increased Q is achieved, improved roll off is observed and multipaction risks are mitigated.

Waveguide filter

The present disclosure relates to a filter for filtering wavelengths of an electromagnetic signal to provide a filtered signal. The filter includes: at least one commensurate-line structure (CLS); and, at least one stub-modified commensurate-line structure (SMCLS) arranged to provide a corresponding at least one transmission zero in the filtered signal.

WAVEGUIDE FILTER SUITABLE FOR AN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING METHOD

A waveguide filter having a core including an external face and internal faces defining a channel for filtering and guiding the waves. The channel includes several slots, each having a first and a second face. The first face is inclined in relation to the second face. A method for manufacturing the waveguide filter.

High-frequency module

A plurality of waveguide structures are loaded on a top surface opposed to a bottom surface of a metal case, on which a high-frequency circuit is mounted, a height, a width, and a length of each of the plurality of waveguide structures have dimensions corresponding to a quarter-wave of a cutoff frequency indicating a frequency band of a target electromagnetic wave to be blocked, and a width and a length of each of the plurality of waveguide structures have dimensions that allow only a high-frequency wave of a mode to propagate in the frequency band.

WAVEGUIDE FILTERS

A filter for filtering an electromagnetic wave and a filter design method are provided. The filter comprises a cavity with a first plate and a second plate, the first and second plates are opposite to each other. The first plate comprises a number of elements distributed on the side of the first plate facing the cavity, wherein a location of each element on the first plate is defined in a coordinate system. The second plate comprises a number of elements distributed on the side of the second plate facing the cavity according to the locations of the elements on the first plate, wherein each element is distributed on the second plate with an offset with respect to a corresponding element on the first plate.

Dielectric filter, array antenna device

To obtain a downsized dielectric filter suitable for a laminating structure, a dielectric filter is configured with use of a dielectric waveguide formed of a conductor pattern and vias in a laminating direction within a multilayer dielectric substrate, two strip lines formed in a planar direction of the multilayer dielectric substrate, and two strip line-waveguide converters each configured to perform transmission line conversion between the dielectric waveguide and each strip line. In this manner, it is possible to provide a dielectric filter for which an area to be occupied in the planar direction of the multilayer dielectric substrate is suppressed.

Additively manufactured radio frequency filter

A radio frequency filter apparatus is disclosed, including an elongate hollow body portion having an inner side and an outer side. The apparatus further includes an iris structure on the inner side of the body portion and a stiffening structure on the outer side of the body portion. The stiffening structure is aligned with the iris structure.
