MOBILE MEDICINE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM AND METHODS AND USES THEREOF
Telemedicine systems and methods are described. In a telemedicine system operable to communicate with a remote operations center, communications can be transmitted/received using a transceiver having an antenna. The antenna can include first and second di-pole antenna elements, the first di-pole antenna element being vertically polarized and the second di-pole antenna element being horizontally polarized. A controller of the system can establish, using the transceiver, a telemedicine session with the operations center using a Transport Morphing Protocol (TMP), the TMP being an acknowledgement-based user datagram protocol. The controller can also mask one or more transient network degradations to increase resiliency of the telemedicine session. The telemedicine system can include a 2D and 3D carotid Doppler and transcranial Doppler and/or other diagnostic devices, and provides for real-time connectivity and communication between medical personnel in an emergency vehicle and a receiving hospital for immediate diagnosis and treatment to a patient in need.
Vehicle antenna mounting system
A vehicle antenna mounting system, including an antenna circuit board, an antenna base supporting the antenna circuit board, an antenna cover covering the antenna circuit board, and a temporary mounting member temporarily mounting the antenna base on a roof of a vehicle body. The antenna base has a mounting projection protruding downwardly from a bottom surface of the antenna base and a cavity defined in the mounting projection. The temporary mounting member is received in the cavity and the roof has a hole into which the temporary mounting member is inserted.
ONE-HAND MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR FIXING AN ANTENNA MODULE ON A VEHICLE
A one-hand mounting system for fixing an antenna module to a vehicle. The mounting system includes a slidable lever, which is configured to perform a translational movement, and a rotatable locking device, which is engaged with the slidable lever to transform the translational movement of the slidable lever to a rotational movement of the rotatable locking device, thereby fixing or releasing the antenna module to or from the vehicle.
ROOF-MOUNT ANTENNA MOUNTING STRUCTURE
A roof-mount antenna mounting structure, that can be reliably electrically connected and fixed to a vehicle roof and easily removed, includes an antenna base, first and second threaded portions, a leg washer, a leg-receiving portion, and a protruding portion. The leg washer has a washer ring having a hole through which the first threaded portion penetrates and a plurality of leg portions extending from the washer ring and each having a claw that can abut against the roof. The leg-receiving portion is detachably provided around the first threaded portion and has an abutment edge portion. The protruding portion has, at the inside of the leg portions, an inclined surface obliquely abutting against the abutment edge portion when the first and second threaded portions are fastened with each other to apply a pressing force to spread the leg portions outward with respect to the axis of the first threaded portion.
ANTENNA WITH BEAMWIDTH RECONFIGURABLE CIRCULARLY POLARIZED RADIATORS
An antenna is provided for a satellite in a satellite communication system. The antenna includes an array of radiators each having a dual linear-to-circular polarizer. The array of radiators is aligned in a first plane and configured to generate an elliptical beam having a desired narrow beamwidth in the first plane. Conductive walls provided around an aperture of each radiator in the array of radiators may narrow a wider beamwidth of the elliptical beam in a second plane orthogonal to the first plane to a desired value.
Fixing device and mounting assembly comprising said fixing device
The mounting assembly comprises a base member; a bracket with a portion protruding from the base member; a mounting bending part attached to the protruding portion and including at least one elastic pre-fixing leg, and at least one fixing bending leg; and a tightening member for tightening the mounting bending part to the bracket. The mounting bending part and the protruding portion can be arranged to clamp to each other in a first relative position where the fixing bending leg is between the base member and the protruding portion; and in a second relative position where the pre-fixing elastic leg is between the base member and the protruding portion, and the fixing bending leg is out of a position between the first relative position.
Snowmobile storage compartment, display, antenna, and body trim system
A snowmobile including a hood, a hood cap connected to the hood, and a door, which together define a storage compartment. An antenna is mounted to an upper portion of the hood cap above a headlight. A main body panel is removably coupled to a chassis of the snowmobile by way of a fastener assembly. A first trim panel is removably coupled to the main body panel. The first trim panel has a first thickness and extends a first distance from a side of the snowmobile. A second trim is configured to be coupled to the main body panel in place of the first trim panel. The second trim panel has a second thickness that is different from the first thickness and extends a second distance from the side of the snowmobile that is different than the first distance.
ANTENNA MODULE
The invention relates to an antenna system (1) having a housing (2), in which a printed circuit board is provided, and at least one antenna element (8), the at least one antenna element (8) being arranged inside a cover. A motherboard (11) without an antenna element (8) is preferably arranged inside the housing (2), an antenna circuit board (12) is provided at a distance from the motherboard (11), outside the housing (2), and the at least one antenna element (8) is arranged on the antenna circuit board (12).
ANTENNA AND ACCESSORY MOUNTING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An antenna mounting device is provided for a motor vehicle. That antenna mounting device includes a body having a first mounting end with a first cross section and a second mounting end with a second, different cross section. In addition, the antenna mounting device includes an antenna anchor point carried on the body and adapted to receive and hold an antenna. The two mounting sections allow versatility in mounting the antenna mounting device in different structures carried on the motor vehicle including, for example, a stake pocket and a trailer hitch receiver.
Antenna device
An antenna device which includes a plurality of antennas in a common case and is capable of achieving downsizing while suppressing a decrease of an antenna gain, is provided. An antenna device includes a TEL antenna and a capacity loaded element in a common case. The capacity loaded element is located above the TEL antenna. A length of the capacity loaded element is a positive integer multiple of one-half a wavelength of a PCS band. The TEL antenna is arranged so as to avoid a voltage maximum point of a standing wave, of the PCS band, generated in the capacity loaded element.
