Low profile antenna with high gain
An antenna includes at least one first pair of electrically conducting lands and a second pair of spaced-apart electrically conducting lands or a single land. The first pair is spaced apart from the second pair or single land, either parallel or tilted with respect to a ground plane.
Communications Device
A communications device is provided, including a metal carrier having a mounting plane with at least one mounting area, and further includes an antenna element disposed in each mounting area. The mounting area is where the mounting plane intersects a circle centered at a feedpoint of the antenna element in the area and whose radius does not exceed a specified radius. When a boundary line of the mounting area includes a boundary line, a distance from the feedpoint to the boundary line is less than or equal to a specified distance; and/or when a boundary line of the mounting area includes a vertex of the mounting plane, a distance from the feedpoint to the vertex is less than or equal to a specified distance. A feed position on the antenna element is designed to obtain relatively good antenna roundness performance and enhance an antenna signal coverage effect.
Rollable antenna mat
A rollable antenna mat for sports timing comprises one or more planar antenna structures connected to one or more transmission lines for conveying signals to and/or from the one or more planar antenna structures. Each of the one or more planar antenna structures comprises a conductive plate positioned above a conductive ground plane. A spacer element is positioned between the conductive ground plane and the conductive plate. The planar antenna structure is configured to generate a radiation field having a main axis that is substantially perpendicular to the conductive plate. The planar antenna structure and a transmission line is embedded in a flexible elongated sheet structure of one or more elastomeric materials, and comprises the embedded one or more planar antenna structures being suitable to be rolled up in a roll, the axis of the roll being substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flexible elongated sheet structure.
Antenna, wireless communication module, and wireless communication device
An antenna includes a housing, a first conductor group, and a power supply line. The housing includes a first surface including at least three first corner portions, a second surface including at least three second corner portions and facing the first surface, and a side surface connecting the first and second surfaces. A housing portion is surrounded by the first, second and side surfaces. The first conductor group includes a first conductor extending along the first surface, at least three second conductors separated from one another, and a second conductor group. The second conductors extend along the side surface from the first corner portions to the second corner portions and are electrically connected to the first conductor. The second conductor group extends along the second surface and capacitively couples the at least three second conductors. The power supply line is connected to any one portion of the second conductor group.
ANTENNA MODULES AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES
Disclosed herein are integrated circuit (IC) packages, antenna boards, antenna modules, and communication devices (e.g., for millimeter wave communications). For example, in some embodiments, an antenna module may include: a logic die; a radio frequency front-end (RFFE) die in electrical communication with the logic die; and an antenna patch, wherein the RFFE die is closer to the antenna patch than the logic die is to the antenna patch.
WIRELESS MICROPHONE COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF ANTENNAS
One embodiment provides a wireless microphone comprising a microphone body a plurality of antennas positioned at different locations of the microphone body. Each of the plurality of antennas is configured to wirelessly transmit data. The wireless microphone further comprises a sensor configured to detect an object within proximity of an antenna of the plurality of antennas that obstructs the antenna, and a controller configured to switch antenna operation of the wireless microphone from the antenna to another antenna of the plurality of antennas in response to the object detected.
ANTENNA DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION MODULE
A dielectric block includes a bottom surface that includes a conductive ground member including an antenna ground surface inclined with respect to the bottom surface. A feed element is disposed at a distance from the antenna ground surface, and constitutes a patch antenna together with the antenna ground surface. A feed line is connected to a feed point of the feed element, and a dielectric member that supports the feed element with respect to the ground member. The ground member is exposed to the bottom surface, on both a lower side and a higher side of a contour line passing through an intersection point of a perpendicular line from the feed point to a virtual plane including the bottom surface and a plane including the antenna ground surface, using the bottom surface as a height reference.
THROUGH-HOLE INVERTED SHEET METAL ANTENNA
A single piece of sheet metal antenna as well as a method and system for providing the antenna are provided. The single piece of sheet metal antenna includes a reflector/shield portion formed of a lower surface that extends in a horizontal direction and includes a through-hole, an antenna portion formed of an upper surface that extends in the horizontal direction and a vertically extending side that is joined between the upper surface and the lower surface, and a feed point formed of a through-hole flap attached and extending from the upper surface down and through the through-hole of the lower surface.
Communications device
A communications device is provided, including a metal carrier having a mounting plane with at least one mounting area, and further includes an antenna element disposed in each mounting area. The mounting area is where the mounting plane intersects a circle centered at a feedpoint of the antenna element in the area and whose radius does not exceed a specified radius. ANTENNA MODULES AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES
Disclosed herein are antenna boards, antenna modules, antenna board fixtures, and communication devices. For example, in some embodiments, a communication device may include an integrated circuit (IC) package, an antenna patch support, and one or more antenna patches coupled to the antenna patch support by solder or an adhesive.
