NOVEL CONNECTION TERMINAL
A novel cable connector comprises a main body, a clamp, a conductor assembly, and a controller. The main body is provided with an installation cavity and a receiving slot, and both sides of the receiving slot extend longitudinally to form a left and right wing. The clamp is arranged in the receiving slot, the receiving slot forming a passage for accommodating a cable. The conductor assembly is arranged on the installation cavity of the main body, and comprises a sharp lower end, which protrudes from the top surface of the receiving slot and is located in the passage. The clamp is located between the controller and the main body, the controller cooperates with the left wing and the right wing under an external force to directly apply a force to the clamp to drive the clamp to move towards the top surface of the receiving slot.

SPRING CLIP FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE MOUNTING
A module mounting system may include a photovoltaic (PV) module frame including a mounting rail. The module mounting system may include a spring clip with a PV module frame interfacing element and a clip interfacing element. The spring clip may apply spring force via deformation to lock the PV module frame and a clip together. A second embodiment of the spring clip may include an upper component having one or more arms and a lower component having a central loop configured to rotate relative to each other and interface with the PV module frame or the mounting rail. A second embodiment of the module mounting system may include screwless clips including outer walls and inner walls coupled together as a continuous sheet of material. The screwless clips may couple to a respective mounting flange and a respective frame flange to lock the mounting purlin and the PV module frame together.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH COATING PIERCING ELECTRICAL CONTACT
An electrical connector assembly includes a generally planar metallic substrate having a surface with an electrically nonconductive coating and an electrical connector having a contact tab extending therefrom that is in mechanical and electrical contact with the metallic substrate. The contact tab defines two sharp points that are formed by two triangular portions of the contact tab that pierce the electrically nonconductive coating. An electrical shield incorporating the contact tab and a method of forming the electrical shield are also provided herein.
