One aspect of the present disclosure is directed to a connector. The connector includes a top cover, a connecting plate, and a base. The top cover includes a top cover body and a first arc member. A first end of the first arc member is arranged on a side surface of the top cover body. A removable thin plate is arranged inside the first arc member. The connecting plate includes a connection section and a protruding section. The top cover body and the base are engaged and connected to form a cavity. The connection section is arranged inside the cavity. The connection section is connected to the base. A first end of the protruding section is connected to the connection section and a second end of the protruding section protrudes from the base.

Connection unit

The present invention provides a connection unit capable of accommodating nuts and showing sealing ability in a state installed on a housing. A connection unit S includes: a terminal block 100 having holes h3 at one side of for accommodating nuts n; a terminal-connecting portions 200 at least partially exposed when viewed from the other side and fixed to the terminal block 100 with the circumferences of the terminal-connecting portions 200 in tight contact with the terminal block 100; and a nut cover 300 for covering the nuts accommodated in the holes h3 for preventing the nuts n from coming off. The connection unit S further includes: guide grooves and guide ribs for restricting movement of the nut cover 300 relative to the terminal block 100; and locking hooks 116 and locking holes h5 for restricting movement of the nut cover 300 relative to the terminal block 100.

Module connector and method for electrically conductively connecting a module connector to a battery module

In order to create a module connector for electrically conductively connecting at least two battery modules, comprising a connecting conductor, which has a contact region that is arrangeable on a contact element of a battery module, in which module connector a sufficient contact protection for a fastening element is ensured in a simple and reliable manner, it is proposed that the module connector comprises a contact protection element, which at least partially covers the contact region of the connecting conductor, and a fastening element for fixing the contact region of the connecting conductor to the contact element, wherein the fastening element in a rest position is held on the contact protection element and is transferable from the rest position into an assembly position in which a contact protection is provided for at least a protected part of the fastening element by the contact protection element.
