Coaxial cable bonding/grounding blocks
A ground block may include a metal ground plate and a ground wire fixedly coupled with the metal ground plate. The ground wire is configured to be non-detachable from the ground block during normal use of the ground block. The ground block may be formed by soldering, brazing, or clamping the ground wire to the metal ground plate.
BUS BAR AND WIRE HARNESS
A bus bar that includes a main body having a plate shape for arranging a terminal to be electrically connected to the bus bar; and an upright provided at a side in a widthwise direction of the main body, wherein: the main body has an open hole into which a shaft of a bolt is to be inserted, and the upright has an inner surface with which a head of the bolt can come into contact in a rotational direction.
BATTERY TERMINAL
A battery terminal includes a terminal main body and a protector to be mounted to the terminal main body, wherein the terminal main body includes an operating section for clamping and tightening the battery post, and the protector includes a movable section provided with a contact section to be brought into contact with the upper surface of the battery main body, and a displacement section to be freely displaced between a covering position for covering the operating section and a retracted position with an external force applied on the contact section, wherein in the retracted position, the displacement section is retracted from the covering position, and wherein the displacement section is displaced to the retracted position by pressing the contact section against the upper surface of the battery main body so that the access to the operating section is allowed.
Marine battery charger cable expender
A marine battery charger cable extender includes a terminal end that has a positive extender ring terminal and a negative extender ring terminal, and a connection end configured to connect to a terminal end of a pre-wired battery charger. The connection end includes a positive ring end, a positive ring connector configured to hold the positive ring end and galvanic connection with a positive ring terminal of the pre-wired battery charger, and a positive connection cover configured to completely encapsulate the connected positive ring end of the cable extender and the positive ring terminal of the pre-wired battery charger. The connection end also includes a negative ring end, a negative ring connector configured to hold the negative ring end in galvanic connection with a negative ring terminal of the pre-wired battery charger, and a negative connection cover configured to completely encapsulate the connected negative ring end of the cable extender and the negative ring terminal of the pre-wired battery charger.
Set screw connector with anti-backout lock
An electrical connector is configured to couple an electrical conductor to a support surface. The electrical connector includes a terminal block having a connecting aperture, a threaded aperture, and a channel. At least a portion of the threaded aperture is positioned between the channel and the connecting aperture. The connecting aperture is configured to receive the electrical conductor. The electrical connector includes a fastener having threads receivable within the threaded aperture. The fastener is configured to secure the electrical conductor against movement relative to the terminal block. The electrical connector includes a lock receivable within the channel to inhibit unintentional movement of the fastener relative to the terminal block.
BATTERY PACK, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, VEHICLE AND BMS MODULE
A battery pack maintains a stable electrical connection and enhances the durability of interconnected parts. The battery pack includes a cell module having at least one battery cell; and a battery management system (BMS) module including a BMS board configured to control charging and discharging of the cell module, a terminal block on the BMS board and configured such that a connection terminal is thereon and to have a connection hole into which a bolt is inserted, a terminal bolt inserted into the connection hole, and a press-in nut having a body portion with a bolt hole into which a body of the terminal bolt is inserted, the bolt hole having a thread formed at an inner surface thereof, and a protruding portion protruding outward from an outer circumference of the bolt hole and bonded to an outer circumference of the connection hole of the terminal block.
Connection unit
A connection unit connects an electrical supply line to an exhaust-gas heater of an exhaust system. The connection unit includes a connection element having an electrically conductive connection-element body. The connection element has an exhaust-gas heater connection region in a first axial end region and has a supply-line connection region in a second axial end region. The supply-line connection region includes an end portion of the connection-element body and a radial projection adjoining the end portion. A carrier element fixes the connection unit to an exhaust-system component. The carrier element has a carrier-element opening wherethrough the connection-element body passes. A support unit axially and radially supports the connection element on the carrier element.
CONDUCTIVE FASTENING MECHANISM
A conductive fastening mechanism including a nut connected to an energy load module and electrically connected to a power supply through a power switch S0; an anti-rotating seat located above the nut; a conducting element arranged in the anti-rotating seat and electrically connected to a load; a connecting piece penetrating the anti-rotating seat and the conducting element and selectively connected to the nut, used for on-off between the load and the power supply; a handle rotatably arranged on the connecting piece, where the handle is configured to be selectively clamped in the anti-rotating seat to limit the connecting piece. The handle is rotatably arranged on the connecting piece and can be selectively clamped on the anti-rotating seat, such that the handle plays a role in preventing the connecting piece from rotating, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-vibration and anti-loosening, prevent damage and other safety accidents, and improve safety.
