CONTACT DEVICE ADAPTED TO FACILITATE THE REPAIR OF BOLTED ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Contact device adapted to be inserted between two contact surfaces of two conductors of an electrical connection provided with at least one bolt, the device being formed by a metal foam plate to reduce electrical resistance of the connection. The surface area of the metal foam plate is at least equal to the surface area in contact with the two conductors, and is approximately 1 to 2 mm thick. The metal foam plate includes at least one circular opening intended to contain the bolt and at least one first pre-cut located between the opening and an outer edge of the contact device. The pre-cut is made by cutting the foam plate over a part of its thickness so that it can be easily broken along the pre-cut, the pre-cut allowing the bolt to be passed through it during the installation of the contact device.
CONDUCTION STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A first sheet metal is provided with slits. Elastic pieces having flat shapes are each formed between the slits adjacent to each other. and both ends of each of the elastic pieces are connected with both ends of an adjacent one of the elastic pieces. A second sheet metal is provided with protrusions each of which is protruded toward a corresponding one of the elastic pieces.
Display device
According to an aspect, a display device includes: a light source provided on a back surface side of a display panel; a printed circuit board provided on a back surface side of the light source; a shielding cover that covers the printed circuit board; a screwing member; and a projecting portion. A surface of the printed circuit board facing the shielding cover is provided with a ground pattern electrically coupled to the shielding cover. The ground pattern has a pattern-side through-hole therein, and the pattern-side through-hole penetrates the ground pattern and allows a screw member to pass therethrough. The shielding cover has a cover-side through-hole therein, and the cover-side through-hole overlaps the ground pattern and allows the screw member to pass therethrough. The screwing member is screwed onto the screw member. The projecting portion is provided in an area surrounding the cover-side through-hole and projects toward the ground pattern.
ISOLATED BOLTING CONNECTION FOR A GENERATOR
A connector assembly (12) for electrically and mechanically connecting via bolting, the top and bottom stator coil sections (14, 16) of an electrical generator comprising at least one pair of stator coil sections (14, 16) having spaced apart upper coil headers (18, 20) and lower coil headers (22, 24), each comprising a conductive material to provide at least two parallel paths for passing respective flows of electric current; first and second connectors (26, 28) including respective couplers (36, 38, 40, 42) for connecting the headers (18, 20, 22, 24), wherein the first and second connectors (26, 28) are electrically and mechanically isolated from one another via an air gap (34) therebetween so that none of the couplers (36, 38, 40, 42) bridge the air gap (34) and thereby allow relative movement between the first and second connectors (26, 28).
SAFETY GROUNDED ARTIFICIAL TREE STAND
An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus has a decorative assembly stand having a cavity, a decorative assembly member that is configured to be removably received in the cavity, a coating that coats a surface of the decorative assembly member, a power socket including an electrical ground line, and a fastener. The electrical ground line is configured to be electrically connected to a surface of the decorative assembly stand. The fastener is configured to be received in an aperture of the decorative assembly stand and cut through the coating of the decorative assembly member and contact the surface of the decorative assembly member when the decorative assembly member is received in the cavity of the decorative assembly stand.
GROUND CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX AND FIXATION OBJECT AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
A ground connection structure for an electrical connection box and a fixation object, includes a first ground contact portion provided on the fixation object, a second ground contact portion provided on the electrical connection box and electrically connected to the first ground contact portion when the electrical connection box is fixed to the fixation object, a ground circuit body provided in the electrical connection box and electrically connected to the second ground contact portion, and a fixing member configured to fix the electrical connection box to the fixation object such that the second ground contact portion is brought into contact with the first ground contact portion.
BONDING WASHER
The present disclosure provides descriptions of configurations for bonding washers used to facilitate the electrical bonding of metal structures. The bonding washer includes an electrically conductive body and at least one piercing member extending from a bottom surface of the body. An extended member extends from the electrically conductive body in a direction away from the bottom surface of the body.
Connecting Terminal and Electrical Apparatus
A terminal for connecting a conductor (301,302) to a connector pin (101) of an electrical apparatus. The connector pin (101) is provided with an external thread. The terminal has a first central and a second central threaded hole (111,112), which intersect perpendicularly. The internal threads of the threaded holes (111,112) match the external thread of the connector pin (101), so that the terminal is screwable in two different orientations onto the connector pin (101). The terminal has one or more conductor channels for the connection of leads (301,302).
TERMINAL FOR CONNECTING AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR TO THE CONNECTION PAD OF AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE, AND ELECTRICAL PROTECTION DEVICE INCLUDING SUCH A TERMINAL
A terminal for connecting an electrical conductor to a connection pad of a device, the terminal including a cage to be fixed inside the housing of the device and including an orifice of substantially parallelepipedal shape and delimited by four walls, the orifice being able to receive the pad, an upper wall including an orifice able to allow the passage of a screw with an actuator and a clamping shoe able to allow the conductor to be clamped between the pad and the shoe upon actuation of the screw driving the relative translational movement between the screw and the cage. Terminal includes an intermediate stage inside the cage to allow the reception of a nut with elastic branches having a threaded orifice through which the clamping screw is to be mounted, the elastic branches interacting with forms provided on the side walls of the cage such that the nut rotationally disengages as soon as the correct clamping torque is reached.
