PAD EXTENDING MEMBER
A pad extender for coupling a connector coupled to a conductor cable to a lug terminal member of a transformer. The pad extender includes a planar body having a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a first axis. The pad extender further includes an elongated slot defined in the first portion of the planar body extending parallel to the first axis. The first portion is couplable to the lug terminal member via a first fastener extending through the slot. The planar body is slidable relative to the lug terminal member along a length of the elongated slot. The pad extender further includes a plurality of apertures defined in the second portion. The connector is couplable to the second portion via a second fastener extending through one of the apertures of the second portion.
TERMINAL MEMBER ASSEMBLY
A terminal member assembly 1 has ground terminals (10A, 10B) each including a main body (20) in the form of a flat plate. A coupling (30) extends from the main body (20) and a wire connecting portion (40) is connected to an extending end of the coupling (30). The ground terminals (10A, 10B) are assembled with each other with the main bodies (20) overlapping each other. At least one (10A) of the ground terminals includes an overlap area (30A) to be overlapped with the coupling (30) of the other ground terminal (10B). The overlap area is located on a surface of the coupling (30) facing the adjacent other ground terminal (10B). A contact portion (36) is located in the overlap area (30A) and projects toward the coupling (30) of the other ground terminal (10B) and is configured to contact the coupling (30) of the other ground terminal (10B).
GROUND TERMINAL FITTING
It is aimed to provide a ground terminal fitting suitably connectable to each of various wires. A ground terminal fitting includes a bolt fastening portion (10) to be bolted to a ground part and a wire connecting portion (20) to be connected to an end part of a wire (30). The bolt fastening portion (10) and the wire connecting portion (20) are coupled after being separately formed. According to this configuration, since the wire connecting portion (20) can be formed of an optimal material into an optimal shape, the wire connecting portion can be suitably connected to each of various wires (30).

Electric wire with connecting terminal and method for manufacturing such electric wire
An electric wire with a connecting terminal and a method for manufacturing the electric wire are provided. The electric wire has a plurality of wire conductors and an insulation cover that covers the wire conductors. The plurality of wire conductors includes the connecting terminal to be connected to a counterpart component at an end of the electric wire at which the plurality of wire conductors is stripped of the insulation cover. The connecting terminal has a first portion of the plurality of wire conductors, a second portion of the plurality of wire conductors folded back on top of the first portion, the first portion and the second portion being welded to each other, and a through hole extending through the connecting terminal at a location where the first portion and the second portion are welded to each other.
Contact structure, substrate holder, apparatus for plating, and method of feeding electric power to substrate
There is provided a contact structure, comprising a substrate contact including a first contact portion that is located on a leading end side of the substrate contact and that comes into contact with a substrate and a second contact portion that is located nearer to a base end side of the substrate contact than the first contact portion; a seal member configured to cover a periphery of the substrate contact and to have a sealing surface that comes into contact with the substrate to seal the substrate contact; a first pressing portion configured to elastically apply a contact pressure on the substrate to the substrate contact; and a second pressing portion configured to come into contact with the seal member and to apply a contact pressure on the substrate to the seal member independently of the first pressing portion, wherein the first contact portion adheres to the seal member, and the second contact portion is fit in the seal member to be displaceable relative to the seal member.
