CONNECTOR
A connector includes a resin housing to be assembled to a wall portion of a box-shaped body, a bus bar held by the housing and having a fastened portion that is disposed inside the wall portion and is to be connected to a terminal fitting by fastening using a bolt, and a nut held by the housing with a gap between the nut and the fastened portion, the gap allowing insertion of the terminal fitting and engaged with the bolt to fasten the fastened portion and the terminal fitting inserted into the gap together. In the bus bar, a recessed portion recessed such that the bus bar is cut off is provided inside the wall portion. The recessed is exposed to an outside of the housing without being covered with a resin constituting the housing.
Motor drive apparatus including bus bar
A motor drive apparatus includes a bus bar through which a current associated with motor driving flows, a printed circuit board, and a conductive support pedestal mounted on the printed circuit board and interposed between the bus bar and the printed circuit board, wherein the conductive support pedestal includes at least one hole for screw passing configured to fasten the bus bar and the conductive support pedestal with screw tightening, and a terminal unit for a printed circuit board configured to electrically connect an electric wire provided in the printed circuit board to the conductive support pedestal.
Connector including a terminal retaining member for retaining a terminal fitting housed in a housing
A connector includes a terminal fitting, a housing that houses the terminal fitting at a housing complete position, and a terminal retaining member that, at an assembling complete position to the housing, retains the terminal fitting remaining at the housing complete position. The terminal fitting includes a penetration hole. The terminal retaining member includes a retaining protrusion that is, at the assembling complete position, inserted into the penetration hole at the housing complete position, and retains the terminal fitting while the terminal fitting remains at that position. The penetration hole is formed to have a left-right asymmetric shape including a first hole part on the left side and a second hole part having a shape different from a shape of the first hole part and arranged on the right side of the first hole part.
Connector
A connector includes a housing, a terminal, and an electric wire line. The housing is fittable to a mating housing that houses a mating terminal. The terminal is housed in the housing, and includes a tubular electric connection portion into which the mating terminal is inserted. The electric wire line includes at least a terminal end portion housed in the housing, and is electrically connected to the terminal. In the connector, the electric connection portion houses a multi-contact coil spring that is formed to have an elastically-deformable annular shape, is electrically connected to the electric connection portion, and is brought into contact at a plurality positions with the mating terminal inserted thereinto, and the terminal and at least the terminal end portion of the electric wire line are insert-molded in the housing.
Substrate unit
Provided is a substrate unit including a case accommodating a circuit board; a bus bar electrically connected to the circuit board, and includes an extending portion extending out of the case; and an external thread portion for electrically connecting the extending portion to a connection terminal of a wire harness, the external thread portion including a shaft portion with an external thread, and a head portion that is noncircular, and protrudes at one end portion of the shaft portion in a radial direction of the shaft portion, wherein the case includes a fitting recess to which the head portion is fitted by sliding the external thread portion in a direction intersecting an axial direction of the external thread portion, and that has an abutment surface by which the head portion is stopped, and, at least on the two sides of the abutment surface, relief recesses that define a gap.
