Terminal post assembly for termination of electrical terminals without the need for tooling
A terminal post assembly for connecting at least one electrical terminal to a substrate. The terminal post assembly includes a terminal post which has a substrate mounting portion, a terminal receiving portion and a cap receiving portion. The substrate mounting portion has a base and a securing portion which is dimensioned to extend through a mounting opening of the substrate. The terminal receiving portion is configured to receive the at least one electrical terminal thereon and make an electrical connection to the at least one electrical terminal. The cap receiving portion has a cap positioned thereon. the cap cooperates with the at least one electrical terminal to retain the at least one electrical terminal in position on the terminal receiving portion to maintain the electrical connection between the at least one electrical terminal and the terminal receiving portion of the terminal post of the terminal post assembly.
Holder for a protective conductor and cable tray with such holder for a protective conductor and protective conductor set
An earth wire holder for a cable tray having two spaced-apart side bars, wherein the earth wire holder is in the form of a spring clamp having a side bar receptacle enclosed by two mounting arms for connecting the spring clamp to the upper edge of a side bar and having an undercut earth wire receptacle enclosed by two holding arms, wherein, when the spring clamp is mounted on the upper edge of the side bar, the mounting arms bear against the side bar under prestress, and the spacing between the holding arms in the section thereof enclosing the earth wire receptacle is smaller than the diameter of the earth wire to be introduced therein.

Power input terminal block
A power input terminal block includes terminals received in terminal channels of a housing each having a main body defining a wire pocket receiving a supply wire and a take-off tab electrically connected to the main body. The power input terminal block includes clamp contacts coupled to the take-off tabs each having a base, a spring beam extending from the base, and a cap extending from the spring beam having a poke-in window configured to receive a take-off wire. An edge defining the poke-in window engages the take-off wire and pulls the take-off wire against the wire side of the take-off tab. The power input terminal block includes release levers coupled to the housing to move the spring beam to an extended position to allow loading and removal of the take-off wire from the clamp contact and the take-off tab.
Devices and methods for installation tools for use with splice kits
An installation tool and methods for installing a splice kit for a heating cable is provided. The installation tool includes a body, a first channel, and a first cavity. The first channel is defined in the body and configured to retain a first insulating tubing of the splice kit. The first cavity is within the first channel and configured to retain a first connector of the splice kit. The body is configured to retain the first insulating tubing and the first connector in a predetermined formation during installation of the first insulating tubing and the first connector to the heating cable, and the body is further configured to be removed from the first insulating tubing and the first connector following installation of the first insulating tubing and the first connector to the heating cable.
ADAPTER FOR MOUNTING CABLE HANGERS
An adapter for a cable hanger includes: a housing having a floor, a vertical wall extending generally perpendicularly from the floor, and side walls extending generally perpendicularly from the floor and vertical wall, each of the side walls including a finger extending generally parallel to the floor, the fingers including first engagement features, the vertical wall including a mounting hole; and a plunger having a main panel and second engagement features on opposite sides of the main panel, the second engagement features configured to engage the first engagement features to restrict relative movement of the plunger relative to the housing.
Adaptor
An apparatus and method of electrically coupling a previously implanted stimulation lead with a replacement neurostimulator device. The apparatus and method configured to operably couple a proximal portion of a neuromodulation adaptor including a plurality of electrical conductors spaced apart at a first pitch spacing to a corresponding plurality of electrical terminals of a replacement neurostimulator device, and operably couple a distal end of the neuromodulation adaptor including a plurality of conductor elements and an electrically active set screw spaced part of a second pitch spacing to a corresponding plurality of electrical connectors of a previously implanted stimulation lead.
CABLE CONNECTORS AND CABLE CONNECTOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS INCLUDING SAME
A cable connector (100-900) for connecting an electrical cable, the electrical cable including a cable conductor having a terminal end portion, the terminal end portion having an end face, includes an electrically conductive connector body (110), a conductor bore (102) in the connector body (110), a securing mechanism, and a contact mechanism (141).
