A modular plug-in bus wiring system for electrical connections. The system includes an adapter module, the adapter module including at least a housing wherein the housing includes a front side containing at least an electrical connector, a back side, an upper end, a lower end, and at least a receptacle. The system includes at least a plug configured to insert in the at least a receptacle wherein the at least a plug is connected to at least a cable that includes at least an electrically conductive wire. The at least a plug includes a ventral surface, a dorsal surface, a first side and a second side.

Connectors for linear lighting

Connectors for linear lighting are disclosed. These connectors include one side with a slot adapted to accept a strip of linear lighting. The other side may have either another slot for a second strip of linear lighting, if two strips of linear lighting are to be electrically connected end-to-end, or a set of terminal blocks for connecting the strip of linear lighting to wires, such as a set of power leads. The slot has a set of contacts, spaced from one another, that make physical contact with solder pads or other such electrical connecting structures on the linear lighting. The terminal blocks have conductive cages to make contact with the wires. Both the set of contacts in the slot and pressor members in the cages are driven into engagement by sets of adjustable positioning members that bear on them.

Power connector and connector assembly

A power connector comprises an insulation body having a slot at a first side of the insulation body and a plurality of conductive terminals disposed in the insulation body. The conductive terminals include a positive conductive terminal and a negative conductive terminal. A first end of the positive conductive terminal is disposed in the slot and electrically contacts a first positive bus bar of a bus bar plug assembly inserted into the slot, and a second end of the positive conductive terminal electrically connects with a second positive bus bar. A first end of the negative conductive terminal is disposed in the slot and electrically contacts a first negative bus bar of the bus bar plug assembly, and a second end of the negative conductive terminal electrically connects with a second negative bus bar separated from the second positive bus bar.
