COUPLING STRUCTURE OF BUS BAR
20200144803 · 2020-05-07 ·

Provided is a coupling structure of a bus bar equipped in a power part. The coupling structure of the bus bar includes a female type bus bar and a male type bus bar respectively coupled to different elements of the power part, wherein the female type bus bar is fitting-coupled to the male type bus bar. In the coupling structure of the bus bar, since bus bars of high voltage elements are connected to each other by a connecting method instead of a conventional bolting coupling structure, the miniaturization effect and cooling effect of an inverter may increase, and moreover, a tool used to couple bus bars may be omitted, thereby enabling power parts to be easily disposed.

ELECTRICAL FEEDTHROUGH AND MEDICAL DEVICE

An electrical feedthrough (1) is provided for improving the thermal properties and the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and also for simplified production of a medical instrument (7), in which electrical feedthrough individual contact pins (4), which are guided through a glass body (2) in a housing (20) of the instrument (7), are electrically connected to one another by a pluggable plug element (5), preferably in the form of a sheet metal part. Here, the plug element (5) firstly provides high thermal and electrical conductivity and secondly provides a shielding area that effectively prevents the input coupling of electromagnetic radiation. Preferably, the plug element (5) is formed in such a way that it independently develops a holding force for securing itself to the contact pins (4).

A card connector for SIM cards and the like includes a base or housing and a cover that removably attaches to the base. A spring contact disposed within the base that engages a card during insertion and removal operations to provide controlled insertion and removal forces. The spring contact defines a base portion defining a first longitudinal end and an opposing second longitudinal end, a first resilient member extending above the base portion, a second resilient member extending above the base portion, and a third resilient member extending above the base portion.

Connection system for a ring terminal with a clamping means and holding means for holding the ring terminal prior to clamping

A connecting system for a ring terminal for a baseplate of a terminal block comprises holding means for the terminal, and a clamping device configured to clamp the ring terminal once the ring terminal is held. The connecting system is configured such that the ring terminal bearing against at least one of the holding means generates a relative gap of the holding means with respect to each other, and then to move the holding means closer to each other, under the bias of a spring member when the holding means are located facing the ring of the terminal, so as to hold the ring terminal.

Electrical connection of PCBs by clamp spring connector

A light fixture includes a light-emitting diode chip, a driver electronic, a first circuit board and a second circuit board, wherein the light-emitting diode chip is mounted on one of the two circuit boards and the driver electronic is mounted on the other one of the two circuit boards and a first conductive track of the first circuit board and a second conductive track of the second circuit board are connected electrically to one another with a spring contact.

A holding and contacting device is disclosed. In an embodiment a holding and contacting device includes a cage defining a cable path through the cage and a spring element protruding into the cable path and configured to apply a clamping force onto a cable placed along the cable path, wherein the spring element and the cage comprise a metal.

MULTI-CONNECTION DEVICE

A multi-connection device according to various embodiments of the present invention may comprise: a housing; and a first or a second connection terminal for electrical connection, the first and second connection terminals protruding in first and second directions from the housing, respectively. Various other embodiments may also be possible.

Deformable signaling pathways

A wearable device comprises one or more deformable signaling pathways wherein each deformable signaling pathway is configured to enable an electrical connection between two devices electrically connected to each other via the deformable signaling pathway. Deformable signaling pathways enable the conduction of electrical signals between various circuit elements similar to one or more circuit elements such as electronic traces or wires. A deformable signaling pathway includes one or more conductive elements surrounded by a conductive gel. Both the conductive gel and the one or more conductive elements are encased in an elastomeric shell. The elastomeric shell is attached to terminals (e.g., one on either end). The one or more connectors are attached to one another such that the one or more connectors span the length of the elastomeric shell and form a low resistance contact between the terminals of the deformable signaling pathway.

Electronic device having fixed conductive plates and elastic conductive plates

Fixed conductive plates are buried in a case. In its internal space, a first contact surface, which is part of each fixed conductive plate, and a second contact surface, which is an inner surface of the case, are opposite to each other, and an elastic conductive plate is interposed in this opposing portion. The support piece portion of the elastic conductive plate, is constrained from above by a restricting support portion and from below by a restricting opposing portion at a position close to a boundary portion with an elastic arm portion.
