Energizing terminal assembly and electric drive device
An object of the present invention is to obtain good electrical connection with respect to an insertion-side terminal having a large variation in a position. An energizing terminal assembly according to the present invention includes: a first energizing terminal 59 which constitutes an accommodation-side terminal of a press-fit type connector and has a sandwiching portion 59D; and a second energizing terminal which constitutes an insertion-side terminal of the press-fit type connector and is inserted into the sandwiching portion 59D to be sandwiched by the sandwiching portion 59D, wherein the sandwiching portion 59D has a groove-shaped portion 59E whose width dimension W and depth dimension D1 decrease from an inlet side of the second energizing terminal in an insertion direction toward a deep side of the second energizing terminal in the insertion direction.
Multi-layer cable splice
A cable splice includes a casing having a central portion and a first end including a first aperture. The casing defines an interior cavity. A guide assembly extends through the first opening into the interior cavity. A first clamp member is positioned in the interior cavity and moveable between a loading position and a terminated position. A first biasing member biases the first clamp member toward the terminated position. A carrier is positioned in the interior cavity between the first biasing member and the central region. A second clamp member is positioned in the carrier and moveable with respect to the carrier.
Locking housing and interface for wiping electrical contacts
A locking coupling for electrical connections that provides a low-friction interface that delays contact between conductive contacts and retains electrical and mechanical connection with a locking mechanism. A terminal plug embodiment and a coupling embodiment are disclosed, a button release mechanism and a locking recessed mechanism are disclosed.
Grounding Clamps and Torque-Controlled Fasteners
Various implementations of grounding clamps and torque-controlled fasteners are disclosed. The grounding clamps may be used to attach grounding conductors to various structures, such as pipes, conduit, grounding rods etc. The torque-controlled fasteners may use various techniques to control the amount of torque applied to the fasteners used with the grounding clamps described herein.

Automatic cable splice
A cable splice includes a casing, a jaw assembly, a biasing member, a guide, and a bullet cup. The casing has an opening and an interior cavity. The jaw assembly is positioned in the interior cavity and moveable between a loading position and a terminated position. The biasing member biases the jaw assembly towards the terminated position. The guide includes a receiving end and a shaft extending at least partially into the interior cavity.

Clamping element having two lever arms to clamp a conductor against a busbar
A connecting terminal includes a receiving body, a clamping element configured to clamp a conductor inserted into the connecting terminal against a busbar arranged in the connecting terminal, a first lever arm rotatably mounted on the clamping element, and a second lever arm rotatably mounted on the first lever arm. The second lever arm has an actuation region by way of which the second lever arm can be pivoted. The clamping element can be moved by the first lever arm into a clamping position and into a non-clamping position when the second lever arm is pivoted.
Transmission and distribution line tap-connector removal tool
The present invention provides an improved wedge connector removal tool for disconnecting a transmission line wedge tap connection and the methods of using such a tool. The tool may couple to a wedge connector around the transmission lines enabling a lineman's hands to be free from supporting the tool, and the wedge may be removed from the connection without the incorporation of powder charges.
