Terminal connection of rotary electromagnetic device
A terminal connection of a rotary electromagnetic device and a method of connecting a terminal to an aluminum stator wire of the rotary electromagnetic device without changing stator configuration is described. A de-insulated portion at one of ends of the stator wire is connected to a small connection wire made of copper by ultrasonic welding to form a mutually welded stator wire and connection wire portion. The mutually welded stator wire and connection wire portion are soldered to the terminal to, therefore, form an electric connection between the stator wire and the terminal.
FUSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR JOINING ELECTRICAL TERMINALS PREPOPULATED IN A CONTACT CARRIER WITH ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS
A method for joining an electrical terminal pre-populated in a contact carrier and an electrical conductor includes arranging a connection portion of the electrical conductor at a receiving section of the electrical terminal pre-populated in the contact carrier, arranging at least two electrodes on one or more sides of the receiving section of the electrical terminal pre-populated in the contact carrier receiving the connection portion of the electrical conductor, and fusing the connection portion of the electrical conductor and the receiving section of the electrical terminal pre-populated in the contact carrier by using the electrodes to join the electrical conductor and the electrical terminal pre-populated in the contact carrier.
Terminal-attached electric wire and wire harness
Provided is a terminal-attached electric wire including: an electric wire having a conductor made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy whose outer circumference is covered with an insulating layer; and a terminal member made of copper or a copper alloy and attached to a conductor-exposed portion exposed from the insulating layer at an end portion of the electric wire. The terminal member includes a coating layer made of an electrically conductive material and formed at a terminal-exposed portion except for a place of contact with the conductor in a surface of the terminal member, and an oxide film of the electrically conductive material formed in a surface of the coating layer. The electrically conductive material is a metal or an alloy which forms an oxide film having a thickness of more than or equal to 20 nm in a surface thereof.
Method for sealing a joining region of an electrical connection assembly, and electrical connection assembly
A method may be provided for sealing a joining region of an electrical connection assembly, the assembly comprising a cable having a plurality of individual conductors, which are arranged in a holding sleeve of an electrical connection element and which are welded to an end section of the holding sleeve in the joining region, which is formed as a recess. The joining region may be sealed by means of a plug inserted into the joining region at an end face and in an interlocking manner, wherein the plug is adapted to a shape of a friction welding tool, by means of which the individual conductors and the end section of the holding sleeve have previously been welded to each other by friction welding. An electrical connection assembly may also be provided.
Joined conductor, conductor joining device, method for manufacturing joined conductor, and conductor joining method
[Object] The present invention provides a joined conductor and a method for manufacturing a joined conductor that can improve electrical conductivity between conductors. [Solution] In a joined conductor 100 including a joining portion 110 in which a plurality of conductors exposed portions 220 arranged along a longitudinal direction X are fused and joined, the joining portion 110 is configured to have a substantially rectangular shape in an orthogonal cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X, and among a pair of side surfaces in width direction 120 and a pair of side surfaces in up-down direction 130 configured such that a first surface 121 and a second surface 122 that face each other in the orthogonal cross section, and a horn 131 and a horn 132 are paired, on each of the first surface 121 and the second surface 122 of the pair of side surfaces in width direction 120 that are at least one pair, a corrugated portion 140 that has a corrugated shape and in which a ridge 141 protruding outward and a valley 142 recessed inward are alternately continuously provided along the longitudinal direction X is formed.

Cable sealing and arrangement with a housing
Cable sealing having a carrier formed as a hard component and having an opening, and a seal formed as a soft component and being arranged at least on the carrier. Protection against longitudinal water is achieved by the fact that the seal is formed from a silicone and is injection-moulded together with the carrier.
Resistance welding fastener, apparatus and methods
An apparatus and method for fastening dissimilar materials like steel, plastic and aluminum. A resistance welding fastener having multiple layers may be used with or without a sealant. The fastener may be used to form an aluminum covered steel laminate via a hemming pattern of attachment. The fastener may have a solid shaft or have an extended reach and have features for interacting with the welding electrode. A variety of electrode tips may be employed to cooperate with the fastener.
