An accessory for lace-up shoes, including a body with a containing part and an anchoring part, wherein a pocket of predetermined width is formed in the containing part and wherein the anchoring part is adapted to be anchored to a lace-up shoe, where the anchoring part is provided with stable but reversible anchoring to the lace of the shoe, such that the body can be anchored to the lace-up shoe by the lace only.

A retainer assembly for securing a knot defined by a pair of shoelaces of a shoe includes a base member, a clamping member, and a clip member. The clamping member is engaged with the base member and telescopically moves relative to the base member between an extended position and a retracted position. The clamping member includes a clasp. Moreover, the clip member is pivotally coupled to the base member and is adapted to engage with the clasp when the clamping member is arranged in the retracted position to secure the knot between the clip member and the clamping member.

The present application relates to a quick string-tying device including a first case body provided with a first bottom portion, a first open end, and a first sidewall extending and formed from the first bottom portion towards the first open end, the first bottom portion and the first sidewall forming a first accommodation space, the first bottom portion being provided with a first string-passing opening for two free ends of a string to pass therethrough, a slit formed on the first sidewall and extending from the first open end towards the first bottom portion, the slit being used to clamp the two free ends of the string which enter into the slit. The quick string-tying device is suitable for use on various items that require tying of a string, and can achieve quick tying and loosening of a string. A method for tying a string is also disclosed.

The present invention is for a slip resistant shoelace comprising a shoelace tube and one or more friction inducing features such as a plurality of bumps made of rubber or silicone disposed over at least a portion of the length of the shoelace tube. The bumps can also be disposed over a rope in any desired manner to make it a slippage resistant rope. The plurality of bumps, when come in contact with each other or with any other surfaces in a tied knot, offer higher co-efficient of friction and thus resist slipping of the knot. A knot tied with the slip-resistant shoelace or the slip-resistant rope prevents slipping and prevents from getting loosened and untied inadvertently.

A clamp includes a cap, a base, a plurality of staggered protrusions on the base and the cap, a hinge, and a latch. The hinge is defined by the cap and the base. The latch is configured to secure the cap to the base. A footwear includes laces on the foot wear and at least one aforementioned clamp, which clamps at least two of the laces.

A cord lock includes various components used to slidably adjust a cord length, such as one or more housing components that releasably clamp around the cord. A shoe lace clip for securing shoe laces or a shoe lace knot is provided, the shoe lace clip being formed from a single piece of substantially rigid material and including a base portion with a clip portion extending therefrom, the clip portion having a top jaw and bottom jaw separated by a fixed clip opening, the fixed clip opening having a patterned surface of curved grooves and rounded teeth for retaining a shoe lace or knot therein. The base portion may also include an eyelet opening extending therethrough and disposed perpendicularly to the fixed clip opening for threading the shoe lace in order to further retain the shoe lace clip on the shoe lace.
