GROUND CONNECTION TERMINAL
The present disclosure relates to a ground connection terminal for fastening a ground connection cable to a field device of process and automation technology. The ground connection terminal comprises a connection element for connecting the ground connection terminal to the field device, and a clamping body for clamping the ground connection cable.
Wire-to-wire connector with integrated wire stop
A system includes a housing and a contact portion. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion interlocking with the second portion so as to enclose a first volume and form a first wire opening within a first end of the housing and a second wire opening within a second end of the housing. The contact portion is disposed within the first volume and includes a first wire receiving portion, a first flexing beam extending from a first surface of the first wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the first wire receiving portion, a second wire receiving portion, a second flexing beam extending from a first surface of the second wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the second wire receiving portion, and a common wire stop disposed between the first wire receiving portion and the second wire receiving portion.
COMBINATION TERMINAL
A combination terminal (1) has a first terminal (10) overlapping a second terminal (110) in a plate thickness direction. The first terminal (10) includes a base (41) and two inclined walls (20) intersecting surfaces of the base (41) from both lateral ends of the base (41) and forming an insertion/accommodation space (C) having a trapezoidal shape. The second terminal (110) includes an inserting piece (132) that overlaps the base (41) when inserted into the insertion/accommodation space (C). A locking claw (132A) on the inserting piece (132) locks the base (41) by overlapping the inserting piece (132) on the base plate (41). An external force absorbing tapered portion (133) projects laterally from the inserting piece (132) and comes into surface contact with one of the inclined walls (42) with the locking portion (132A) locked to the base (41).
Shield shell and shield connector
A shield shell includes a housing accommodation portion and a shield member mounting portion. The shield member mounting portion is formed to be continuous to the housing accommodation portion. A shield member fixing part is provided on an outer surface of the shield member mounting portion. The shield member fixing part has an inclined shape in which a cross-section taken along an axial direction of the shield member mounting portion expands outwards from a base end side of the shield member mounting portion toward an open end side of the shield member mounting portion.
Electric motor having a contact point on a housing for a ground cable
An electric motor for an adjusting device of a motor vehicle, particularly of a gearbox actuator, has a stator energized by an electronic mechanism and a rotor for powering the motor. The stator is disposed in a metallic stator housing on which a contact point for connecting an earth cable is integrally shaped.
COAXIAL CABLE BONDING/GROUNDING BLOCKS HAVING AN INTEGRATED GROUND WIRE
A ground block may include a metal ground plate and a ground wire fixedly coupled with the metal ground plate. The ground wire is configured to be non-detachable from the ground block during normal use of the ground block. The ground block may be formed by soldering, brazing, or clamping the ground wire to the metal ground plate.
Bonding washer
The present disclosure provides descriptions of configurations for bonding washers used to facilitate the electrical bonding of metal structures. The bonding washer includes an electrically conductive body and at least one piercing member extending from a bottom surface of the body. An extended member extends from the electrically conductive body in a direction away from the bottom surface of the body.
Grounding Cross Connectors
Various implementations of grounding cross connectors are disclosed. The grounding cross connectors may be used to clamp together two or more, often perpendicular, conductors. In some implementations, a grounding cross connector includes an upper clamping pad and a lower clamping pad held together by a pair of threaded fasteners. A pair of perpendicular conductors may be placed in between the clamping pads and secured together by torquing nuts on the threaded fasteners. The upper clamping pad may include a hook through which one of the threaded fasteners may pass, thereby allowing the upper clamping to rotate relative to the lower clamping pad.
Vehicle electric wire and wire harness using the same
A vehicle electric wire includes an electrical insulation coating layer which contains a vinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer and a compound containing a lanthanoid, wherein an electrical conductor is coated with the electrical insulation coating layer. In the electrical insulation coating layer, a content of the plasticizer with respect to 100 parts by mass of the vinyl chloride resin is 25 parts by mass or more and less than 50 parts by mass.
ELECTRIC CURRENT CONDUCTING ASSEMBLY
The technology relates to an electric current conducting assembly, more specifically with the incorporation of a dead end shoe.
