A wire connection terminal structure includes a leaf spring, a conductive plate and a fixing frame framing and connecting with the leaf spring and the conductive plate. The conductive plate is formed with a base section assembled with the fixing frame. The leaf spring is formed with an elastic swingable holding section extending to a position in contact with the base section. The holding section and the base section define therebetween an elastic holding mouth. An external electrical wire can be plugged into the holding mouth and held between the holding section and the base section and electrically connected with the conductive plate. The conductive plate and the fixing frame are two separate components so that the conductive plate is solely made of a high-conductivity material, while the fixing frame is made of a material with higher structural rigidity.

Controlled shear point wiring adapter
09774139 · 2017-09-26 · ·

A wiring adapter is provided which controls the shear point for a wiring system in a traffic control box and other electrical panels. The wiring adapter includes a bottom segment which is securely mounted in the control box. Incoming wires to the control box are connected to the bottom segment. The top segment of the wiring adapter includes connections for wires running from the wiring adapter to the power or control elements in the control box. The wiring adapter uses a quick release retention mechanism to secure the top segment to the bottom segment. When a triggering event occurs, the quick release mechanism separates the top segment from the bottom segment to ensure that the shear point for the wiring system occurs at the wiring adapter.

TOOL-LESS TERMINAL BLOCK
20210391658 · 2021-12-16 ·

A tool-less terminal block includes an insulated base, a turning part, a conductive terminal and a spring clamp. The insulated base has a cavity and a slot communicating to the cavity; the turning part is pivotally coupled to the insulated base; the conductive terminal is fixed to the bottom of the slot; the spring clamp is accommodated in the cavity and disposed at the top of the conductive terminal, and the spring clamp has a movable elastic arm pressing the conductive terminal to seal the slot, and the movable elastic arm has a link rod fixed to the turning part and operable together with the turning part. When the turning part is turned to a released position, the link rod is pulled by the turning part to drive the movable elastic arm away from the conductive terminal to open the slot, so as to provide a convenient use.

Conductor terminal, assortment of at least one base module and differently designed conductor connecting modules of a conductor terminal, and conductor terminal block

SPRING FORCE TERMINAL FOR CONDUCTORS

A spring force terminal such as a direct plug-in terminal for connecting a flexible stranded conductor includes a housing having a chamber and a plug-in channel for the conductor into the chamber. A busbar or a clamping cage are provided and a clamping spring arranged in the chamber acts as a compression spring for fixing the electrical conductor on the busbar or the clamping cage in the region of a clamping point. The clamping spring has a clamping leg pivotable around a pivot axis, which is adjustable from a latching state in which it is latched in a latching position into a clamping state in which it is unlatched from the latching position and presses the electrical conductor against the busbar or the clamping cage. The latching state is produced by pressing on the clamping leg in the conductor insertion direction using a pusher wherein the clamping leg is releasable from the latching state using two different actuatable adjustment devices. The second release element is designed to release the pusher from the latching position to release the clamping leg from the latching state.
