In one embodiment, a junction box for convenient modular industrial wiring is provided having a plurality of walls defining a first internal space of the junction box and at least one open face, a first connection area located on a first external face of the junction box having a first opening for receiving at least three electrical wires, a bus bar stack located in the first internal space of the junction box, a removable junction device having at least one contact support being mechanically and electrically attachable to the bus bar stack, and wherein when the junction device is attached to the bus bar stack, the junction device is electrically connected through the at least one contact support to one of at least three input openings of the bus bar stack.

The first groove portion includes a first narrow width portion disposed near the connection surface, a wide width portion disposed farther from the connection surface than the first narrow width portion, and a step portion at a boundary of the first narrow width portion and the wide width portion, the step portion being capable of restricting a movement of the holding member in a removal direction. The second groove portion is configured to be capable of accommodating the claw portion without elastically deforming.

The invention relates to a terminal block structure includes an insulative base, a conductive terminal, a pressing element, and a clamping elastic piece. The insulative base has a chamber, a wire insertion hole and an open trough disposed on the same side of the insulative base as the wire insertion hole. The conductive terminal is fixed in the chamber and arranged correspondingly to the wire insertion hole. The pressing element includes a pivoting portion, an arm, a handle, and a pressing portion. The pivoting portion is pivotally connected to the insulative base. The arm protrudes from the insulative base through the open trough. The handle is movable beside the wire insertion hole. The clamping elastic piece is disposed in the chamber. An end of the clamping elastic piece is operatively moved to inside or outside of the wire insertion hole through the pressing portion.

Tool-less terminal block

A tool-less terminal block includes an insulated base, a turning part, a conductive terminal and a spring clamp. The insulated base has a cavity and a slot communicating to the cavity; the turning part is pivotally coupled to the insulated base; the conductive terminal is fixed to the bottom of the slot; the spring clamp is accommodated in the cavity and disposed at the top of the conductive terminal, and the spring clamp has a movable elastic arm pressing the conductive terminal to seal the slot, and the movable elastic arm has a link rod fixed to the turning part and operable together with the turning part. When the turning part is turned to a released position, the link rod is pulled by the turning part to drive the movable elastic arm away from the conductive terminal to open the slot, so as to provide a convenient use.

The connecting element is connectable via the connecting portion to the housing of at least one of the two adjacent connection devices by material-to-material bonding.
