WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL DEVICE
20170331201 · 2017-11-16 ·

A wire connection terminal device includes a main body and a pressing/moving unit assembled with the main body. The pressing/moving unit has a shafted section, a cam section connected with the shafted section and a force application section formed on the cam section and a press section formed on the cam section. The cam section can freely rotate or swing within a chamber defined by the main body. A metal leaf spring is disposed in the chamber of the main body for pressing and electrically connecting with a conductive wire. The metal leaf spring is responsive to the motion of the pressing/moving unit to release the conductive wire. The wire connection terminal device improves the shortcomings of the conventional structure that the volume of the case and the operational space are larger and the motional travel is longer.

PLUG-IN TERMINAL BLOCK

A plug-in terminal block includes at least one conductive assembly including a conductive component connected with a housing assembly and a clamping component arranged on the conductive component. The conductive component includes a first support portion, a first clamping portion, a first connecting portion connected with the first clamping portion, and welding feet. The first connecting portion and the welding feet separately extend along different directions from the first support portion. The clamping component includes a second support portion and a second clamping portion. The second support portion is arranged on the first support portion. The second damping portion is arranged above the second support portion. The first support portion, the first connecting portion, and the second clamping portion form a triangular structure. One end of the second clamping portion away from the second support portion is a free end that is movable up and down.

CONDUCTIVE COMPONENT STRUCTURE OF RAIL-TYPE TERMINAL DEVICE

A conductive component structure of rail-type terminal device includes a conductive component disposed in an insulation case body. The conductive component has a first section and a second section connected with the base section. The first section and the second section are respectively formed with a bow portion, a first portion and a second portion. A load arm and an elastic unit assembled with the load arm are disposed on the first section and/or the second section. The elastic unit includes a first elastic section and a second elastic section. The load arm passes through the first elastic section and at least a part of the second elastic section. When the load arm is displaced or moved, the first elastic section and the second elastic section respectively provide tension (or pushback force) and pulling force effect so as to improve the shortcoming of the conventional terminal device.

Load center

Implementations include a compartmentalized plug-in load center having connector receptacles for load circuit wiring connection to the load center and a plug-in back plate to connect the plug-in load center to a vertical power busway within a utility wall panel of a building, and a method for installing the load center in a building with a vertical power busway.

Multi-use connector for tracer wire

Trace wire connectors that include a cover that can be attached to a base and used to electrically interconnect two or more tracer wires without having to remove insulation from the tracer wires. The cover has multiple portals that permit one or more tracer wires to pass into an inner cavity of the cover. The base has multiple cradles on which tracer wires passing into the cavity can rest. The cover can be oriented relative to the base for use with a through tracer wire and a dead-end tracer wire, or for use with multiple dead-end tracer wires.
