A conductor connection terminal having at least one first spring-loaded clamping connection with a first operating lever for opening and closing a first clamping point formed between a first clamping leg and a first busbar section and at least one second spring-loaded clamping connection with a second operating lever for opening and closing a second first clamping point formed between a second clamping leg and a second busbar section and wherein the at least first spring-loaded clamping connection and the at least second spring-loaded clamping connection are arranged directly side by side in a direction of arrangement in a housing in the direction transverse to a conductor insertion direction. At least two operating levers arranged directly side by side in the direction of arrangement are designed differently.

Tool-less terminal block

A tool-less terminal block includes an insulated base, a turning part, a conductive terminal and a spring clamp. The insulated base has a cavity and a slot communicating to the cavity; the turning part is pivotally coupled to the insulated base; the conductive terminal is fixed to the bottom of the slot; the spring clamp is accommodated in the cavity and disposed at the top of the conductive terminal, and the spring clamp has a movable elastic arm pressing the conductive terminal to seal the slot, and the movable elastic arm has a link rod fixed to the turning part and operable together with the turning part. When the turning part is turned to a released position, the link rod is pulled by the turning part to drive the movable elastic arm away from the conductive terminal to open the slot, so as to provide a convenient use.

A terminal block with a handle structure includes an insulation base having an accommodation space, an insertion port, and a side opening. The insulation base has a limit column and a pivot part formed in the accommodation space. A conductive terminal includes a conductive body and plural lead pins, and the conductive body is positioned in the accommodation space, and the lead pin passes out from the insulation base. An elastic plate includes an abutting arm with a curved surface, a bend section sheathing the limit column, and the abutting arm is suspended on a side of the insertion port, and a pivot of the handle structure is combined with the pivot part to make a handle protrude from the insulation base, and a pressing cam abuts against the curved surface of the abutting arm, so that the handle structure may avoid damages and provide a labor-saving effect.

Lug assemblies and related electrical apparatus and methods

Lug assemblies include a housing with at least one internal printed circuit board with electronics and lugs. The lugs attach to cables providing power/current. The printed circuit board includes at least one electrical ground connector and at least one electrical contact connector. The lug assemblies include terminals that indirectly electrically couple the cables to terminals of switching devices such as circuit breakers.

A plug-in terminal block includes at least one conductive assembly including a conductive component connected with a housing assembly and a clamping component arranged on the conductive component. The conductive component includes a first support portion, a first clamping portion, a first connecting portion connected with the first clamping portion, and welding feet. The first connecting portion and the welding feet separately extend along different directions from the first support portion. The clamping component includes a second support portion and a second clamping portion. The second support portion is arranged on the first support portion. The second clamping portion is arranged above the second support portion. The first support portion, the first connecting portion, and the second clamping portion form a triangular structure. One end of the second clamping portion away from the second support portion is a free end that is movable up and down.

Wire plug-in aid sleeve structure for wire connection terminal

The middle section and the tail section are mounted in a wire inlet of a terminal device. The aid sleeve is formed with an internal guide hole. A wire collection section is disposed on one side of the head section distal from the middle section. A recessed guide channel is disposed on one side of the wire collection section proximal to the guide hole. The recessed guide channel includes two lateral outer arched channels with larger curvature radius. The two lateral outer arched channels gradually extend toward a middle bottom face to form an inner arched channel with smaller curvature radius. The recessed guide channel can gradually bind the forked conductor end section of a multi-strand conductive wire, whereby the wire can be quickly plugged into the guide hole.
