Resilient Force Clamping Connection and Terminal Block Having a Resilient Force Clamping Connection
The present invention is directed to a resilient force clamping connection (2) for a terminal block (1), in particular a connection terminal or connecting terminal, so as to electrically connect at least one conductor, said resilient force clamping element comprising a busbar (3), and a clamping spring (4) having a support limb (40), a resilient bend (41) that adjoins the support limb (40), and a clamping limb (42) that adjoins the resilient bend (41), wherein the clamping limb (42) comprises at a free end (420) that is remote from the resilient bend (41) a clamping section (421) so as to form a conductor clamping site (K) between the clamping section (421) and the busbar (3) so as to electrically connect a conductor (L) to the resilient force clamping connection (2). At least one actuating limb (43) extends from the clamping limb (42) between the resilient bend (41) and the free end (420) in a direction away from the support limb (40), wherein the actuating limb (43) comprises an actuating section (430) in order to cooperate with a release element (5) so as to open the conductor clamping site (K). The present invention is further directed to a terminal block (1) so as to electrically connect at least one conductor, said terminal block comprising an insulated housing (6) and at least one resilient force clamping connection (2) according to the present invention and being received at least in part by the insulated housing (6).
SHEATH-BONDING LINK BOX
A sheath-bonding link box is provided, the sheath-bonding link box including a housing defining a sealed interior space, and a set of electrically conductive connectors extending through the housing between an exterior of the enclosure and the interior space. The set of connectors each has an internal portion positioned inside of the interior space and an external portion positioned outside of the housing. The internal portion of the connectors is electrically connectable to a functional link in the interior space, and the external portion of the connectors is dimensioned to be electrically connectable to a sheath-bonding lead.
Modular junction boxes
Modular junction boxes are disclosed. In one embodiment, a junction box for convenient modular industrial wiring is provided having a plurality of walls defining a first internal space of the junction box and at least one open face, a first connection area located on a first external face of the junction box having a first opening for receiving at least three electrical wires, a bus bar stack located in the first internal space of the junction box, a removable junction device having at least one contact support being mechanically and electrically attachable to the bus bar stack, and wherein when the junction device is attached to the bus bar stack, the junction device is electrically connected through the at least one contact support to one of at least three input openings of the bus bar stack.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CASSETTE
Provided is an electrical connection cassette with which it is possible to freely expand a device and add functions in accordance with the size of free space. An electrical connection cassette is provided with: a circuit board; and first connection terminals and second connection terminals mounted on the circuit board and having terminal shapes that can be engaged with each other. In a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a predetermined direction with respect to the circuit board, the first connection terminals are disposed on the side of one main surface of the circuit board, and in a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a direction parallel to the predetermined direction, the second connection terminals are disposed near the other main surface of the circuit board.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX
A first electrical connection box includes a housing, a holder (40) that is provided inside the housing, and holds an electrical component (51) to which a first wire (21) is to be electrically connected; and a terminal block (60) attached to the holder (40). The terminal block (60) includes a terminal support base (61) attached to the holder (40), and a busbar (62) supported on the terminal support base (61). The busbar (62) includes a planar first connection surface (84), and a planar second connection surface (86) to which a second wire (22) is to be electrically connected. Also, the first electrical connection box further includes a relay busbar (90) that is provided inside the housing, and includes a third connection surface (97) that is electrically connected to the first connection surface (84), and a fourth connection surface (99) that is electrically connected to the electrical component (51).
Electrical connector with stacked conductive sheet terminals
An electrical connector includes a plurality of sheet terminals each having a main body and at least a pair of cantilevers. Each pair of the cantilevers extends from at least one of a first side and an opposite second side of the main body and has a pair of contact portions protruding toward each other inside a pair of free ends of the pair of cantilevers. The plurality of sheet terminals are assembled together in a stacked manner and a receiving chamber with an insertion opening is formed between the pair of cantilevers of the plurality of sheet terminals.
Connector Comprising Multiple Outputs
A connector includes a case having an input and a plurality of outputs, a terminal housing in the case, a plurality of terminals in the terminal housing, and a bus bar disposed inside the terminal housing and connected to the terminals. At least one terminal of the terminals is exposed to an outside through any one of the outputs and is connectable to an external terminal inserted into the case. Another terminal of the terminals is exposed to the outside through another output of the outputs and is connectable to another external terminal inserted into the case. At least some of the bus bar is in the input and exposed to the outside of the case.
Electrical connection cassette
Provided is an electrical connection cassette with which it is possible to freely expand a device and add functions in accordance with the size of free space. An electrical connection cassette is provided with: a circuit board; and first connection terminals and second connection terminals mounted on the circuit board and having terminal shapes that can be engaged with each other. In a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a predetermined direction with respect to the circuit board, the first connection terminals are disposed on the side of one main surface of the circuit board, and in a state with a terminal connection direction oriented in a direction parallel to the predetermined direction, the second connection terminals are disposed near the other main surface of the circuit board.
Block terminal
A block terminal including a plurality of bus bars including ring-shaped connection terminals at both ends thereof; a block base formed to surround bodies of the plurality of bus bars excluding the connection terminals and provided with a slit passing through a surface thereof; and a housing cover formed to surround a surface of the block base and detachably attached to the block base.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block which can be coupled to another terminal block in an electrically connected state includes a housing, an input-side power supply terminal and an output-side power supply terminal. The housing includes a first wall portion and a second wall portion. The input-side power supply terminal and the output-side power supply terminal are arranged along the second wall portion inside the housing. The housing includes a protruding portion that functions as an obstructing member that hinders connection of the input-side power supply line to the input-side power supply terminal and a through hole that is arranged in a vicinity of the input-side power supply terminal of the second wall portion and penetrates the second wall portion in the first direction to allow insertion of the obstructing member.
