METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT, AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a method for producing an electrical connection arrangement (100), comprising the following method steps: providing at least one connection device (110), the connection device (110) comprising an insulating material housing (112) which has a receiving area (115) for accommodating a marking label (111); providing at least one marking label (111); inserting the at least one marking label (111) into the receiving area (115) of the insulating material housing (112) of the at least one connection device (110); and establishing at least one integrally bonded connection (119) between the at least one marking label (111) and the insulating material housing (112) of the at least one connection device (110) by laser beam welding.
SERIES TERMINAL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING WIRING ON A MATRIX OF CONDUCTOR CONNECTION DEVICES
Abstract A method for implementing wiring on a matrix of conductor connection devices such as terminal conductor connection devices for connection of the ends of a conductor to at least one series terminal block uses at least one luminous element to identify conductor connection devices which are illuminated in the matrix directly or indirectly in accordance with a wiring diagram. The conductor connection devices that are illuminated by the luminous element and that are to be interconnected are connected to conductors, the ends of which are inserted in the conductor connection devices to establish a respective conducting wiring connection.
Cable structure, mount module, and endoscope
A cable structure includes: a plurality of cables each including a conductor part and an electrically-insulative covering part, each conductor part being exposed in a part where the covering part at one end thereof is removed; and a cable fixing part formed by resin molding and configured to hold the plurality of cables while the ends of the plurality of cables exposing the conductor parts are aligned, wherein the cable fixing part includes a bottom face opening formed on a bottom face side facing a member to which the cables are connected and a top face opening formed on a top face side opposing the bottom face, the bottom face side and the top face side exposing the conductor parts.
Wiring information device
An apparatus for conveying information about a wiring system where said apparatus is configured for being associated with an end-point (such as an electrical box) and/or a device electrically associated with an end-point. The apparatus defines mechanical properties (such as a strain relief) and informational properties (such as an aluminum wiring warning).
System and method for identifying and matching corresponding components in an apparatus
An inlay or identifier element system for identifying and/or matching corresponding parts of an apparatus includes a color coding or other indicia on a visible surface of an inlay and a pocket formed on the apparatus. The inlay is inserted in the pocket, which is positioned to identify a first part of the apparatus. A matching color coding or indicia is on a second part of the apparatus to be coupled to the first part.
WIRE PLUG-IN AID SLEEVE STRUCTURE FOR WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL
The middle section and the tail section are mounted in a wire inlet of a terminal device. The aid sleeve is formed with an internal guide hole. A wire collection section is disposed on one side of the head section distal from the middle section. A recessed guide channel is disposed on one side of the wire collection section proximal to the guide hole. The recessed guide channel includes two lateral outer arched channels with larger curvature radius. The two lateral outer arched channels gradually extend toward a middle bottom face to form an inner arched channel with smaller curvature radius. The recessed guide channel can gradually bind the forked conductor end section of a multi-strand conductive wire, whereby the wire can be quickly plugged into the guide hole.
ICE TEST SYSTEM AND METHODS
A test system and method for relay connection and testing of a power transmission and distribution grid including a fixed connection block connected to the power transmission and distribution grid, and a mobile plug which connects the fixed connection block or a mobile test block with the relay when the mobile plug is inserted into the fixed connection block or the mobile test block. The mobile test block provides a connection to an external relay testing device when the mobile test plug is inserted into the mobile test block, the fixed connection block provides internal shorting that is activated when the mobile plug is not inserted into the fixed connection block and is deactivated when the mobile plug is inserted into the fixed connection block, and the fixed connection block, mobile plug, and the mobile test block provides an interaction between a power transmission and distribution grid side and a relay side. This allows a quick recovery when relays are damaged in a cyber-attack.
COVER DEVICE FOR A SHEATH CLAMP
The disclosure relates to a cover device for covering a sheath clamp on a terminal block that may be used in a mounting system. The cover device may include an insulating body configured to rotatably support a nut, and a protection component that fastens the insulating body on the terminal block to prevent loss of the insulating body, where the protection component includes an elastic tab. The mounting system may include a cover device that includes an insulating body configured to rotatably support a nut, and a protection component including an elastic tab; and a terminal block, where the terminal block includes a fixing opening to insert the protection component together with a latch, and where the protection component fastens the insulating body on the terminal block to prevent loss of the insulating body.
