Mechanical grounding clamp
A mechanical grounding clamp including a body, having an upper plate defining a threaded hole therethrough and having an outer surface, a lower plate spaced apart from the upper plate and having an inner surface, and a connecting plate connecting the upper plate to the lower plate, a fastener mateable with the threaded hole in the upper plate and having a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end extendable through the threaded hole of the upper plate and toward the inner surface of the lower plate. There may be a nut on the fastener for driving toward the upper plate to secure a grounding conductor to the body.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING A GROUND BUS WIRE
A contact assembly for an electrical connector includes a contact positioner having contact support walls holding a contact array. The contact array includes signal contacts and ground contacts interspersed with the signal contacts. The signal contacts include mating ends configured to be mated with a mating electrical connector and mounting ends configured to be terminated to a host circuit board. The signal contacts include transition portions between the mating ends and the mounting ends. The ground contacts include mating ends, mounting ends, and transition portions between the mating ends and the mounting ends. The contract assembly includes a ground bus wire extending transversely across the contact array. The ground bus wire is electrically connected to each of the ground contacts. The ground bus wire is electrically isolated from each of the signal contacts.
Lay-in bonding lug with dual conductor path
A bonding lug assembly includes a bonding lug and a set screw. The bonding lug includes a body that defines a first channel and a second channel. The first channel defines a first conductor path extending in a first direction, and the second channel defines a second conductor path extending in a second direction that is different from the first direction. The set screw is configured to selectively engage the bonding lug and retain a bonding conductor within at least one of the first channel or the second channel.

Low profile lighting adapters
A low profile lighting adapter can include a first housing section configured to hold an electrical ground connection, and a second housing section configured to couple with the first housing section, the second housing section including a planar surface orthogonal to the first housing section. The low profile lighting adapter can include a second electrical connection disposed in the first housing section and opposite of a first electrical connection, wherein the first housing section is configured to allow individual actuation of the second electrical connection along an axis orthogonal to a planar surface of the second housing section. The low profile lighting adapter can include an extending arm coupled to the second housing section and configured to rotate about the axis. Certain of the disclosed embodiments can permit a live connection to be individually set at different levels to engage different electrical circuits on a light track.
VEHICULAR CIRCUIT BODY
A vehicular circuit body includes a trunk line that includes a power source line and a communication line, and that is routed in a vehicle body; and a plurality of control boxes that are disposed in a distribution manner along the trunk line. The trunk line includes a first trunk line portion extending in a front-and-rear direction of the vehicle body and a second trunk line portion extending in a leftward-and-rightward direction of the vehicle body. The plurality of control boxes include a branch control box that connects the first trunk line portion and the second trunk line portion, and distributes power from one of the first trunk line portion and the second trunk line portion to the other one.

Ground bar and method of grounding
A ground bar comprising a planar body having a wedge shape in that a width of a top end of the planar body is greater than a width of a bottom end of the planar body. The planar body is constructed of an electrically-conductive material. A plurality of upper hole pairs are defined in the planar body. Each of the first hole pairs is adapted to have a corresponding electrical wire to be grounded selectively affixed thereto.
ISOLATING GROUND SWITCH
A device assembly capable of selectively bonding one or more tracer wires to ground and isolating the one or more tracer wires from ground is provided. The device assembly includes a housing, an electrical switch within the housing and one or more contact assemblies. The one or more tracer wires and ground wire are connected to the one or more contact assemblies. The electrical switch can connect the tracer wires to the ground wire and can isolate the tracer wires from the ground wire.
