CONNECTION APPRATUS WITH VARIABLE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN CONDUCTOR TERMINALS
A connection apparatus for connecting electrical devices, in particular electric motors to an AC system, has a housing which has at least one housing portion. A plurality of first and second conductor terminals are arranged in the at least one housing portion. Each conductor terminal has at least one or two or more individual terminals and a configuration plug. The configuration plug electrically connects individual or a plurality of the first and/or second conductor terminals in at least two different positions in order to obtain at least two different circuit types. The configuration plug is rotatably or slidably guided in or on the housing or at least on the at least one housing portion. Due to this relative movement, plug can be rotated and/or displaced into at least two different positions, in order to provide the at least two different circuit types.
AC power cord assembly capable of emitting visible lights
An AC power cord assembly comprises a cable and a control device, wherein the cable includes at least one first wire for transmitting AC voltages and at least one second wire for transmitting visible lights, wherein the control device includes at least one first LED for emitting visible lights to the at least one second wire.
CONDUCTOR TERMINAL, ASSORTMENT OF AT LEAST ONE BASE MODULE AND DIFFERENTLY DESIGNED CONDUCTOR CONNECTING MODULES OF A CONDUCTOR TERMINAL, AND CONDUCTOR TERMINAL BLOCK
A conductor terminal for connecting at least one electrical conductor, comprising a base module, which includes mounting rail fastening elements for fastening the conductor terminal to a mounting rail, the base module including a housing, which extends in its longitudinal direction up to two end areas of the housing, the housing having a central area between the end areas, which projects beyond the end areas of the housing in a direction facing away from the mounting rail fastening elements, at least one receptacle arrangement for accommodating a conductor connecting module being disposed on the base module in each of the two end areas, the conductor connecting module including at least one conductor terminal connection designed to connect an electric conductor.
Connector assembly having coupled modules
A connector assembly includes a first module and a second module. Each of the first and second modules extends parallel to a longitudinal axis between a respective front end and a respective rear end opposite the front end. Each of the first and second modules includes a respective shell and one or more electrical connectors held by the shell and exposed at the respective front end for mating to a corresponding mating electrical device. The shell of the second module is mechanically coupled to the shell of the first module between the front and rear ends of the first module. The second module is movable relative to the first module parallel to the longitudinal axis to allow for separately mating the first and second modules to the corresponding mating electrical devices.
PHASE TERMINAL INTERFACE
An e-machine is disclosed that comprises a stator, a terminal block, and a plurality of interface conductors. The stator is disposed inside a housing in a wet portion of the housing that contains transmission fluid. The terminal block is attached to the housing and is electrically connected to an inverter system controller of the e-machine. The terminal block is disposed in a dry portion of the housing that does not contain transmission fluid. The plurality of interface conductors each include a hollow conductive body, a stator lead lug on a first end connected to windings of the stator, and a busbar on a second end connected to the terminal block. A seal is assembled at an intermediate location in a groove on an outer surface of the hollow conductive body. A plug is assembled inside the hollow conductive body.
Attaching an isolated single stud fuse to an electrical device
An electrical device assembly and method to attach an isolated single stud fuse assembly to an electrical device are disclosed. The electrical device assembly consists of multiple studs, one or more of which is replaced with the isolated single stud fuse. A conductive copper landing zone receives an electrically isolated steel stud. When the landing pad assembly is orbital riveted into a plastic housing of the electrical device, the stud is locked into the housing permanently. Electrical devices such as disconnect switches and power distribution modules, both of which include multiple studs, are good candidates for being adapted with the single stud fuse assembly.
PLUG CONNECTOR OF AN ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTION AND SET COMPRISING A PLUG CONNECTOR AND FUNCTIONAL ELEMENT
A plug connector of an electrical plug connection, which has the plug connector and a mating connector which is assigned to the plug connector as a counterpart and to which the plug connector can be plugged in a plug-in direction, wherein the plug connector has a housing and a plurality of electrical plug contacts, which are arranged at least partially in the housing and are arranged side by side in a series direction, wherein a first housing wall of the housing, which is arranged parallel to a plane spanned by the plug-in direction and the series direction, adjoins a second housing wall of the housing. The normal of the second housing wall points approximately in the plug-in direction and is arranged at an angle to the first housing wall, and a third housing wall of the housing adjoins the second housing wall.
Shorting block for a current transformer
A shorting block includes a first shorting contact having a first contact portion, a second shorting contact having a second contact portion, the first contact portion and the second contact portion may electrically couple the first shorting contact and the second shorting contact in a shorting position of the shorting block, a first activation, and a second activation contact, the first activation contact and the second activation contact may be inserted into the first shorting contact and the second shorting contact, respectively, such that the first activation contact and the second activation contact direct the first contact portion and the second contact portion away from one another to form a gap between the first contact portion and the second contact portion in an operating position of the shorting block.
QUICK CONNECTOR FOR ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS
A quick connector for electric installations comprising a connector frame (1), where when the incoming hole (10) of a male connector fitting into the connector is directed upwards, there is a hole (2) on the bottom surface of the connector frame in order to install an essentially rectangular U-shaped female connector contact strip (3) and a spring (4) into the connector frame (1) so that one end of the U-shaped contact strip together with the spring are arranged to form a contact with the contact of a male connector, and the other end of the U-shaped contact strip is accessible from the frame of the connector for receiving a cable joint device (6) to connect the cable conductor.
