ELECTRICAL TERMINAL BLOCK
An electrical terminal block with simplified switching operations, which can be produced in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.
ELECTRIC APPARATUS
An electric apparatus including a connector holding six connecting terminals is provided. Three one-side connecting terminals held by the connector are arranged side by side in a row substantially directly below conductive terminals of three phases of one DC-AC converter. Three another-side connecting terminals held by the connector are arranged side by side in a row at positions offset to a side away from the one-side connecting terminals in an axial direction. Upper-end side connecting parts of the three one-side connecting terminals are set to be lower than upper-end side connecting parts of the three another-side connecting terminals, and are connected to the corresponding conductive terminals above via busbars extending in an up-down direction. The upper end-side connecting parts of the three another-side connecting terminals are connected to corresponding conductive terminals via busbars extending along an arrangement direction of the conductive terminals.
FIXING STRUCTURE OF CONNECTOR
A fixing structure of a connector is disclosed. The connector includes an insert portion and multiple wires connected to the insert portion. The fixing structure includes a wire binding block, a lower shell and an upper shell disposed with multiple first engaging structures. The lower shell is disposed with multiple second engaging structures separately corresponding to the first engaging structures and connected with the upper shell to form a chamber for receiving the connector and form a wiring hole for being passed by the wires. The wires are extended from the insert portion toward the wiring hole to form a bend section and a curve section in the chamber. The wire binding block is fixed on the curve section of the wires and clamped by the upper shell and the lower shell through engagement of the first engaging structures and the second engaging structures.
Antispark Battery Connector
In an embodiment, a battery connector includes: power terminals configured to be coupled to a load having an input capacitance; power pins electrically coupled to the power terminals; a charge pin, the charge pin being longer than each of the power pins; and an antispark circuit electrically interposed between the charge pin and the power terminals, the antispark circuit including: a dissipation circuit configured to charge the input capacitance of the load in response to a battery being coupled to the charge pin; and a delay circuit configured to delay charging of the input capacitance of the load for a predetermined duration after the battery is coupled to the charge pin.
CONTACT DEVICE, VEHICLE, AND CHARGING STATION
The invention relates to a contact device for being arranged on an electrically driven vehicle, in particular electric bus or the like, or on a charging station for an electrically driven vehicle having at least two contact bar arrangements (10), each comprising one contact bar carrier (11) and at least one contact bar (12) which is disposed on the contact bar carrier and which is electrically connectable to a charging contact of a charging contact carrier of a charging contact device of the charging station or to a contact bar of the vehicle, the contact bar having a connecting device (13) for connecting the contact bar to an electrical conductor (14), which is guidable towards the vehicle or towards the charging station, the connecting device comprising a groove (15), which extends longitudinally in the contact bar, and a connecting element (16), which is attached to the groove, for being connected to the electrical conductor.
Electrical connection box
An electrical connection box is provided with a conductive bus bar, an insulating housing body, a cover, and a power supply line. The cover opens or closes with respect to the housing body at a fully open position and a fully closed position. The housing body has a connector at a position exposed to the outside, with the connector configured so that a terminal provided at a tip of the power supply line is attachable or detachable to or from the connector. A restriction portion, which restricts the power supply line from moving in the longitudinal direction is provided in the cover. In the state where the terminal is connected to the connector, the tension is created on the power supply line in the longitudinal direction by the restriction portion during moving the cover from the fully closed position to the fully open position side.
Distribution Block
A distribution block for attaching to a support rail extending in a support direction comprises an insulating housing, and a conductive member arranged in the insulating housing. A mounting assembly of the distribution block is connected to the insulating housing for attaching to the support rail. The distribution block is mountable on the support rail in a longitudinal configuration wherein the extension direction of the insulating housing is substantially parallel to the support direction, and in a transverse configuration wherein the extension direction of the insulating housing is transverse to the support direction.
Adjustable width power distribution block
An electrical distribution block includes a first base, a second base, and a spacer plate discrete from the first and second base. The spacer plate is positioned between first base and the second base and secures the first base to the second base. A conductor block is connected to at least one of the first base or the second base. The conductor block includes a primary tap and a secondary tap.
ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES WITH SCREWLESS WIRE TERMINALS
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate screwless wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords, blade-type connectors for electrical cords, male and female inlet connectors and pin-in-sleeve connectors. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies having a horizontally moving or rotating activating member that permits wires to be inserted into or removed from the contact assemblies.
Protective conductor connection
A protective conductor connection connects a protective conductor to a busbar of a grounding element. The grounding element extends in a plug-in direction on a wall of an isolating body of the plug connector. The grounding element has a mounting region for mounting on the wall, a contact element for electrically contacting a counterpart plug connector, and a contact surface for electrical contacting a plug connector housing. A spring element and an actuating element are provided on the mounting region and configured such that the actuating element, during actuation thereof, interacts with the spring element such that, in a first position of the actuating element, a contact connection for the protective conductor to the current rail is opened by the spring element, and in a second position of the actuating element, a contact connection for the protective conductor to the current rail is closed by the spring element.
