The base includes a support protrusion that extends to a coupling line of the third electric wire through between the coupling line of the first electric wire and the coupling line of the second electric wire and supports the coupling line of the third electric wire.

Electrical connector having a staggered contact carrier

An electrical connector for making electrical contact with at least one lead of an electronic device. The connector includes a mounting flange portion and a connector housing portion. The connector also includes at least one conductor having a pin end and a terminal end, wherein the terminal end includes a lead opening that receives the lead and a fastener hole oriented substantially transverse to the lead opening. A fastening element is used to engage the fastener hole and contacts the lead to form electrical contact between the conductor and the lead. The connector further includes a conductor carrier that extends through the connector housing and mounting flange. The conductor carrier includes a base portion and at least one extended portion that extends from the base portion to form a staggered arrangement. The base and extended portions each include a plurality of channels wherein each channel includes a conductor.

Contact insert and switch spring

A contact insert for a connecting terminal, wherein the contact insert has a busbar piece and a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction, wherein the busbar piece and the clamping spring form a clamping point for the electrical conductor to be clamped, and wherein the contact insert has a bushing contact for receiving a contact pin. The longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact runs essentially perpendicular to the conductor insertion direction from the busbar piece. The bushing contact is designed to receive the contact pin perpendicular to the longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact and to receive the contact pin in the longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact.

Fixing structure of connector

A fixing structure of a connector is disclosed. The connector includes an insert portion and multiple wires connected to the insert portion. The fixing structure includes a wire binding block, a lower shell and an upper shell disposed with multiple first engaging structures. The lower shell is disposed with multiple second engaging structures separately corresponding to the first engaging structures and connected with the upper shell to form a chamber for receiving the connector and form a wiring hole for being passed by the wires. The wires are extended from the insert portion toward the wiring hole to form a bend section and a curve section in the chamber. The wire binding block is fixed on the curve section of the wires and clamped by the upper shell and the lower shell through engagement of the first engaging structures and the second engaging structures.

A cable connection part structure includes a power control unit, a unit-side connector and a cable-side connector. The unit-side connector is connected to a power supply passage of an electric power control device and has a first connection terminal directed to a space below a unit case. The cable-side connector is connected to a power supply cable and has a second connection terminal connected to a first connection terminal from below the unit case. The cable-side connector has a connector case, and a bolt fixed to a connector case and having a shaft section passing upward through a part of the unit case from below. A nut is fastened to the shaft section of the bolt passing through the unit case from above.

RECEPTACLE BOX WITH MOLDED PLUGIN CONNECTION
20220285899 · 2022-09-08 ·

An electrical receptacle box defines a receiving chamber that has a first set of push-in receiver connectors for receiving elongate prongs on an electrical device that is inserted into the receiving chamber. The first and second sets of push-in receiver connectors are electrically connected to one another so that the elongate prongs on the electrical device inserted into the first set of push-in receiving connectors receive power from the power wires inserted into the second set of push-in receiver connectors. The receiving chamber can have a wall that forms a periphery defining an opening to the receiving chamber. The electrical device can be integrally formed with (or otherwise fixedly attached to) a faceplate that can be fitted to, and attached to, the wall defining the periphery of the opening in the receiving chamber.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX

An electrical connection box is provided with a conductive bus bar, an insulating housing body, a cover, and a power supply line. The cover opens or closes with respect to the housing body at a fully open position and a fully closed position. The housing body has a connector at a position exposed to the outside, with the connector configured so that a terminal provided at a tip of the power supply line is attachable or detachable to or from the connector. A restriction portion, which restricts the power supply line from moving in the longitudinal direction is provided in the cover. In the state where the terminal is connected to the connector, the tension is created on the power supply line in the longitudinal direction by the restriction portion during moving the cover from the fully closed position to the fully open position side.
