Wire to board connector

The present disclosure provides a wire to board connector. The wire to board connector comprises a body, a plurality of sheet-shaped insulating bodies, a plurality of first covers, and a plurality of second covers. The body comprises an accommodating groove. The sheet insulating bodies are arranged in the accommodating groove in parallel along a first direction. Each of the sheet insulating bodies is provided with a plurality of terminal groups and a plurality of cables corresponding to the terminal groups. The plurality of terminal groups is disposed along a second direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The plurality of first covers correspond to the plurality of second covers. The corresponding first cover and second cover respectively cover the opposite sides of the corresponding sheet-shaped insulating body in the first direction.

A harness component includes a plurality of male terminals, a housing, a plurality of female terminals and a plurality of wires. The plurality of male terminals are connected to a circuit board. The housing includes a plurality of insertion holes and a plurality of female terminal accommodation holes. The male terminals are inserted through the insertion holes. The terminal accommodation holes communicate with the respective insertion holes and include openings on sides opposite to the insertion holes. The plurality of female terminals are inserted and arranged in the respective terminal accommodation holes through the respective openings. The female terminal contacts each male terminal while applying a resilient force in a direction intersecting an axial direction X of the terminal accommodation hole. The plurality of wires are electrically connected to the respective female terminals.

Terminal module

A terminal module, comprising a first cover, a first insulator, a second insulator, and a second cover. The first insulator is installed on the first cover, comprising a plurality of terminal bases and a plurality of first accommodating grooves. The plurality of terminal bases is disposed at the bottom of the first insulator. A terminal group is disposed in each of the terminal bases. The second insulator is disposed on the first insulator, comprising a plurality of second accommodating grooves. The plurality of second accommodating grooves correspond to the plurality of first accommodating grooves. Each of the first accommodating grooves and the corresponding second accommodating groove accommodate a cable collectively. The cable is electrically connected to the corresponding terminal group. The second cover is installed on the first insulator, so that the first insulator and the second insulator are disposed between the first cover and the second cover.

MODULAR PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

A modular plug connector in a strip-shaped design can be plugged together with a corresponding mating plug connector such as a printed circuit board plug connector. The modular plug connector has a plurality of plug connector modules which are arranged alongside one another and are connected mechanically to one another using mechanical connectors to form the strip shape. The plug connector modules each have a module housing, at least one plugging surface with at least one plugging contact and preferably at least one conductor or solder terminal for connection to a printed circuit board. The plug connector has at least two plug connector modules of different designs and an adapter plug connector module is provided therebetween.

Fixing apparatus

A fixing apparatus comprises a first fixing device and a second fixing device. The first fixing device is adapted to position and fix a circuit board having at least one pad. The first fixing device has a first positioning groove adapted to position the circuit board. The second fixing device is adapted to position and fix at least one wire. The second fixing device has at least one second positioning groove adapted to position the at least one wire. Each second positioning groove is aligned with a corresponding pad on the circuit board so that the wire in the second positioning groove is aligned with the corresponding pad on the circuit board.
