Connectable electric device to a textile electrically conductive band
Electric device with electric connection means suitable for connecting it to an electric power source, comprising a supporting surface for a textile electrically conductive band and retention means for retaining the textile electrically conductive band on supporting surface. Electric connection means comprise piercing means for piercing the textile electrically conductive band which are suitable for conducting an electric current. Textile electrically conductive band is made of double weaving and comprises two mutually parallel electrically conductive guides extending along the band. Each of the electrically conductive guides is located between two layers of textile material of said double weaving.
Connector including sandwiched configuration
Provided is a connector including: at least one plate-like housing body; a plurality of groove-like terminal housing chambers each opened in an upper surface of the housing body and parallelly arranged; a plurality of connection terminals provided at ends of a plurality of electrical wirings and housed and disposed in the terminal housing chambers, respectively; an electrical wiring support part supporting the plurality of electrical wirings extending from a back end side opening part of the terminal housing chambers; a sheet-like reinforced member which is placed on an upper surface of the electrical wiring support part and the plurality of electrical wirings are fixed to in a state of parallelly arranged; and a cover part overlapping with the upper surface of the housing body to cover the terminal housing chambers and sandwiching the sheet-like reinforced member between the cover part and the electrical wiring support part.
Flexible low impedance power bus
Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for implementing power buses. Apparatus may include a first plurality of connectors, a second plurality of connectors, and a first plurality of conductive sheets configured to electrically couple the first plurality of connectors with the second plurality of connectors. The first plurality of conductive sheets may include a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet. The first conductive sheet may conduct a first current in a first direction. The second conductive sheet may provide a return path for the first current in a second direction. The apparatus may also include a second plurality of conductive sheets. The second plurality of conductive sheets may include a third conductive sheet and a fourth conductive sheet. The third conductive sheet may conduct a second current in the first direction. The fourth conductive sheet may provide a return path for the second current in the second direction.
Flexible low impedance power bus
Systems, methods, and apparatus are disclosed for implementing power buses. Apparatus may include a first plurality of connectors, a second plurality of connectors, and a first plurality of conductive sheets configured to electrically couple the first plurality of connectors with the second plurality of connectors. The first plurality of conductive sheets may include a first conductive sheet and a second conductive sheet. The first conductive sheet may conduct a first current in a first direction. The second conductive sheet may provide a return path for the first current in a second direction. The apparatus may also include a second plurality of conductive sheets. The second plurality of conductive sheets may include a third conductive sheet and a fourth conductive sheet. The third conductive sheet may conduct a second current in the first direction. The fourth conductive sheet may provide a return path for the second current in the second direction.
Connector For A Flat Flexible Cable
A connector for a flat flexible cable or flat printed cable includes a housing portion and a plurality of terminals. The housing portion includes a plurality of terminal receiving passageways each receiving a contact portion of one of the plurality of terminals. A plurality of conductors exposed in a window extending through an insulation material of the flat flexible cable are each clamped in a terminating portion of one of the plurality of terminals by a clamping force applied thereon by a cover selectively fixable with respect to the housing portion.
Connector and connecting method
A connector includes a pushing member having a projection, and a contact having a projection accommodating portion of a recess shape, the projection includes a holding portion extending across the projection in a direction orthogonal to a projecting direction of the projection and holding a flexible conductor, when the projection is inserted into the projection accommodating portion of the contact together with the flexible conductor with a middle part of the flexible conductor being held by the holding portion of the projection, parts of the flexible conductor that are situated on opposite sides of and are adjoining the middle part of the flexible conductor are sandwiched between a lateral surface of the projection and an inner surface of the projection accommodating portion to contact the inner surface of the projection accommodating portion, whereby the contact is electrically connected to the flexible conductor.
Electronic apparatus
An electronic apparatus includes a flexible printed circuit board having a main body on which wiring pattern is formed, a connector having a connection terminal connected to the wiring constituting the wiring pattern, and a base body on which the connection terminal is fixed, and a casing. The main body is attached to the casing to be movable, the flexible printed circuit board has an extension part protruding from the main body and extending along with a ground included in the wiring pattern, the extension part bends in the middle of extending to be capable of expansion and contraction, and has a mounting part fixed to the casing on the tip side thereof, the mounting part is provided with a ground terminal connected to the ground extended, and the ground terminal is electrically connected to the casing in the state that the mounting part is fixed to the casing.

An electronic apparatus includes a flexible printed circuit board having a main body on which wiring pattern is formed, a connector having a connection terminal connected to the wiring constituting the wiring pattern, and a base body on which the connection terminal is fixed, and a casing. The main body is attached to the casing to be movable, the flexible printed circuit board has an extension part protruding from the main body and extending along with a ground included in the wiring pattern, the extension part bends in the middle of extending to be capable of expansion and contraction, and has a mounting part fixed to the casing on the tip side thereof, the mounting part is provided with a ground terminal connected to the ground extended, and the ground terminal is electrically connected to the casing in the state that the mounting part is fixed to the casing.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY
An electrical assembly may include a contactor, a bus bar connected to the contactor, a bracket connected to the bus bar, a flexible circuit electrically connected to the contactor, and/or a cooling member connected to the bracket. A method of assembling an electrical assembly may include disposing a flexible circuit at least partially on and/or in the bracket, connecting a bus bar with the one or more contactors, connecting the bus bar with the bracket, electrically connecting the flexible circuit to the one or more contactors, disposing a cooling member on or about the bracket, and/or connecting the cooling member with the bracket.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY
An electrical assembly may include a contactor, a bus bar connected to the contactor, a bracket connected to the bus bar, a flexible circuit electrically connected to the contactor, and/or a cooling member connected to the bracket. A method of assembling an electrical assembly may include disposing a flexible circuit at least partially on and/or in the bracket, connecting a bus bar with the one or more contactors, connecting the bus bar with the bracket, electrically connecting the flexible circuit to the one or more contactors, disposing a cooling member on or about the bracket, and/or connecting the cooling member with the bracket.
