Electrical unit
An electrical connector may include an L-shaped body portion and a base portion. The body portion may include (i) a first body portion extending in a first direction, and (ii) a second body portion extending from the first body portion in a second direction. The base portion may include a protrusion configured to engage a projection of a housing member to releasably connect the base portion to said housing member. The first body portion may be connected to the base portion to define an internal space in which a first electrical component and a second electrical component are electrically connectable to each other. The base portion may at least partially define a first opening via which said first electrical component is insertable into the internal space. The second body portion may include a second opening via which said second electrical component is insertable into the internal space.

BOARD-TO-BOARD PLUG
A board-to-board plug, comprising an insulating seat (20) integral to a metal insert (30), several signal terminals (40) arranged inside the insulating seat (20), and a shielding housing (10) coated outside the insulating seat (20). The insulating seat (20) comprises an engagement end (21) provided with terminal slots (214), terminal blocks (24) formed by extending from the engagement end (21) to the rear direction, and a pair of extension arms (22) formed by extending from both transverse sides of the terminal block (24) to the rear direction. The metal insert (30) comprises a board body portion (31) formed between a pair of extension arms (22), and several grounding terminals (37) bent from the front end of the board body portion (31) and extending into the terminal slots (214). The grounding terminals (37) and the signal terminals (40) are arranged at intervals.
MULTI-LINE INTERFACE FOR BOARD AND SUBSTRATE
A device that includes a first board, a second board, and coaxial cable coupled to the first board and the second board. The coaxial cable includes a multi-line coaxial cable configured to provide at least two electrical paths for electrical currents between the first board and the second board. A first plug is coupled to the first board. A second plug is coupled to the second board. The coaxial cable includes a first receptable and a second receptable. The first receptable is configured to couple to the first plug. The second receptable is configured to couple to the second plug. The coaxial cable is configured to provide (i) a first electrical path for a first electrical current between the first board and the second board, and (ii) a second electrical path for a second electrical current between the first board and the second board.

CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR PAIR
A connector includes a housing which allows for insertion and fitting into a mating connector in an insertion direction perpendicular to a height direction and to a width direction, and a regular fitting detecting member. The regular fitting detecting member is supported on an outer wall surface of the housing so as to be slidable in the insertion direction to a non-detection position and a detection position. The regular fitting detecting member includes a base portion which has a detecting portion which allows for detecting regular fitting at the detection position, and an elastic piece and a pair of guide pieces which extend in the insertion direction from the base portion. The guide pieces allow for guiding sliding of the regular fitting detecting member by engagement with the housing. The elastic piece allows for the regular fitting detecting member to move to the detection position by being elastically deformed in the width direction. A lower surface of the elastic piece and lower surfaces of the guide pieces are disposed in a manner that shifts the position in the height direction.
