CONNECTOR
A connector includes a terminal configured to electrically connect to an insertable and removable connection target, a housing configured to accommodate the terminal, and a retainer configured to fit into the housing in which the terminal is accommodated. The terminal includes a base end portion provided with an electric cable connection portion (flexible wiring member connection portion) configured to connect to an electric cable (flexible wiring member), a leading end portion provided with a contact portion configured to contact a connection target, and a spring portion positioned between the base end portion and the leading end portion. When the retainer is in a state fitted to the housing, the base end portion is movable with respect to the housing within a predetermined movable region in a connector front-rear direction that is an insertion/removal direction of the connection target.
Terminal, and electrical connector
A main body portion is to be mounted to a housing by being inserted into the housing. An electrical wire insertion portion is provided in an end portion of the main body portion, defines an insertion opening into which a leading end portion of an electrical wire is to be inserted, and is configured to restrict movement of the electrical wire in a direction perpendicular to the direction of insertion of the electrical wire into the insertion opening. A conductive body connection portion is provided in the main body portion and is configured to be electrically connected to a conductive body of the electrical wire inserted into the insertion opening. A partner connection portion is provided in the main body portion and is configured to be electrically connected to a partner terminal.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly including an electrical connecting member, at least one connector, and at least one metal cover is provided. The connector is disposed at and electrically connected to the electrical connecting member. The metal cover is disposed on the electrical connecting member, such that the electrical connecting member is located between the metal cover and the connector, and the connector is covered by the electrical connecting member.
Connector
A connector includes a housing configured to have an object component be inserted therein, and a terminal accommodated in the housing and configured to be conductively connected to the object component. The terminal includes a first base part, a second base part disposed apart from the first base part, and a joint part joining the first base part to the second base part. The joint part elastically deforms so as to move the second base part relative to the first base part. The first base part includes a base body and a mount portion connected to the base body at a first connection point. The mount portion is mountable onto an object device with a mount agent. The joint part includes a root portion joined to the base body and a displaceable portion connected to the root portion at a second connection point. The displaceable portion is displaceable relative to the root portion. A space preventing the mount agent from moving to the displaceable portion is formed around the terminal between the second connection point and the first connection point. This connector prevents connective connection with the object component from being obstructed.
CONNECTOR AND DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A connector includes a header unit including a first header connection terminal, a base having a first width, and a first partition wall connected to a first end of the base and having a second width larger than the first width. The connector further includes a socket including a first socket connection terminal corresponding to the first header connection terminal. The socket is electrically connected to the header unit through the first socket connection terminal.
CONNECTOR-ATTACHED CIRCUIT BODY AND BUS BAR MODULE
A connector-attached circuit body include a circuit body including a flexible substrate having a wiring pattern, and a connector attached to the circuit body and including a terminal and a housing that accommodates the terminal. The terminal is electrically connected to the wiring pattern and extends in a thickness direction of the circuit body.
FIXING ASSEMBLY OF CABLE CONNECTOR AND FLEX FLAT CABLE
A fixing assembly of a cable connector and a flexible cable is provided. The flexible cable includes a plurality of conductors. The cable connector includes a shell, a plurality of terminals arranged in the shell, and a push-pull device configured to activate the flexible cable to move toward the plurality of terminals so as to conduct the plurality of terminals through the plurality of conductors of the flexible cable.
CIRCUIT BOARD-MOUNTED ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A housing 10 comprises connector-side transmission-permitting portions 10A that permit the transmission of wave signals in the connector-height direction, a circuit board B comprises board-side transmission-permitting portions B1 that permit the transmission of wave signals in the connector-height direction at locations corresponding to the above-mentioned connector-side transmission-permitting portions 10A when the electrical connector 1 is mounted, and, when a counterpart connector component C is inserted all the way to a normal position, the transmission of wave signals permitted in the process of insertion of the above-mentioned counterpart connector component C becomes blocked by the above-mentioned counterpart connector component C, or alternatively, the transmission of wave signals blocked by the above-mentioned counterpart connector component C in the process of insertion of said counterpart connector component C becomes permissible at the locations of the above-mentioned connector-side transmission-permitting portions 10A and the above-mentioned board-side transmission-permitting portions B1.
Electronic component unit, wire harness, and connector fixing structure
An electronic component unit of a wire harness includes a substrate on which an electronic component is mounted, a connector electrically connected to the substrate, and a connector fixing structure. The connector fixing structure includes a pair of notches that are provided facing each other on the substrate in a facing direction; a pair of press fitting plates that are provided on the connector and press-fitted into the respective notches; a positioning rib formed projecting from each of the press fitting plates toward the inside in the facing direction, having a width smaller than the width of the press fitting plates, and brought into contact with the substrate while the press fitting plates are press-fitted into the respective notches; and a deformation acceptable space provided adjacent to the outside of the press fitting plates that are press-fitted into the respective notches, in the facing direction.
Electrical connector and electrical connector assembly
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing, a pair of contacts accommodated in the insulative housing and a temperature sensing element electrically connected with the contacts. The insulative housing defines a base portion and a receiving portion extending forwards from the base portion, the receiving portion has a cavity opening towards one side thereof. Each contact defines a retaining portion held in the base portion, a contacting arm provided at one end of the retaining portion and protruding into the cavity, and a mating arm provided at the opposite end of the retaining portion. The temperature sensing element is at least partially received in the cavity and connecting with the contacting arm of the contact in the cavity.
