CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
The housing of the connector has insertion paths into which flat cables can be inserted. The connector also has a plurality of partition portions, which are formed of an elastic material. The partition portions are arranged along the insertion paths. When the flat cables are inserted into the insertion paths, the partition portions are positioned between the two adjacent conductor lines.
CONNECTOR
The connector includes a first insulator including a first retaining surface and a protrusion portion formed on and protruding from the first retaining surface, and a second insulator including a second retaining surface opposed to the first retaining surface and a recess portion formed in the second retaining surface and corresponding to the protrusion portion, the first insulator and the second insulator are connected to each other with the sheet type conductive member and the electric wire being held between the first retaining surface and the second retaining surface, and at least part of the protrusion portion is housed in the recess portion, whereby the conductor portion of the electric wire is electrically connected to the flexible conductor of the sheet type conductive member in the recess portion.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector configured for connection with a flat cable includes a housing and a wedge, in some configurations. The housing may include an internal cavity, a slot in communication with the cavity and configured for receiving said flat cable, and/or a contact plate disposed within the cavity. The wedge may be configured for connection with the contact plate. The housing and the wedge may be configured to secure a portion of said flat cable in the cavity. An electrical assembly may include the electrical connector, a second electrical connector having an identical configuration as the electrical connector, said flat cable, and/or a second flat cable. In an assembled configuration, the second electrical connector may be connected to the electrical connector such that said flat cable is electrically connected to the said second flat cable.

TEXTILE ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR SMART CLOTHING
A textile electronic device configured to be connected to a conductive zone of a textile, the device including: an electronic circuit; at least a first mechanical and electrical connection means configured to be connected to the conductive zone of a textile; a textile substrate having at least a second electrical connection means, the at least one second electrical connection means being electrically connected to the electronic circuit and to the at least one first mechanical and electrical connection means; and a flexible envelope totally or partially including said electronic circuit, the at least one first mechanical and electrical connection means and the textile substrate, the at least one first mechanical connection means and electric being at least partially accessible through the flexible envelope. Also, a manufacturing method of the textile electronic device.
Electrical cable
A flat electrical cable is described. The cable includes a plurality of equally spaced substantially parallel electrical conductors lying in a same plane and extending along the length of the cable. Each conductor has a same diameter D. The cable further includes a common unitary electrically insulating layer encapsulating the plurality of conductors. The insulating layer includes a plurality of cover portions where each cover portion is concentric with a corresponding conductor and has a radial thickness t. t/D is in a range from about 0.50 to about 1.25.

Flat electric cable connection structure
A flat electric cable connection structure includes a flat electric cable, terminal fittings, and alleviation portions. The flat electric cable includes, at one end portion thereof, a plurality of separate strip-shaped portions in which a plurality of band-shaped conductor paths are individually separated. The terminal fittings include conductor path connecting portions connected to band-shaped conductor paths of the separate band-shaped portions. The alleviation portions include bypass mechanisms that bypass an arrangement route of the flat electric cable from the conductor path connecting portions of the terminal fittings to a lead-out portion.
