Battery product

The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

Electrical Contact Element with a Support Ring

An electrical contact element includes a common base and a plurality of spring arms extending away from the common base along a longitudinal direction. The spring arms are arranged around an opening in a circumferential direction and are spaced from one another in a contactless relaxed initial state. An end of at least two of the spring arms facing away from the common base forms an annular segment projecting in the circumferential direction on at least one side of the end. The annular segments form a support ring and mutually support each other in a fully compressed state.

An electrical connector system for electrically and mechanically connecting with a component in a motor vehicle is disclosed. The connector system includes a motor vehicle component and a male connector assembly with a male housing that receives a male terminal. This terminal includes a receiver and side walls with a contact arm that extends across an aperture in the side wall. An internal spring member with at least one spring arm resides within the male terminal receiver. A female connector assembly includes a female terminal with a receptacle that receives both the male terminal and the spring member. A female housing receives the female terminal and an extent of the male connector assembly. When the connector system moves from the partially assembled state to a connected position for connection of the vehicle component, the male connector assembly is inserted into female housing, the contact arm is brought into sliding engagement with an angled internal segment of the female housing, and the contact arm is inwardly displaced as the contact arm slidingly engages with the angled internal segment.

A male connection surface of the male dielectric and a female connection surface of the female dielectric are facing each other and an elongated tab of the male inner conductor projects from the male connection surface and is inserted in the female inner conductor with the male connector and the female connector connected. A thin portion shaped by cutting an outer surface of the male dielectric and configured to surround a base end portion of the tab is formed on an end part of the male dielectric on the side of the male connection surface. The female outer conductor is formed with an impedance adjusting portion configured to proximately cover an outer surface of the thin portion.

A male connection surface of the male dielectric and a female connection surface of the female dielectric are facing each other and an elongated tab of the male inner conductor projects from the male connection surface and is inserted in the female inner conductor with the male connector and the female connector connected. A thin portion shaped by cutting an outer surface of the male dielectric and configured to surround a base end portion of the tab is formed on an end part of the male dielectric on the side of the male connection surface. The female outer conductor is formed with an impedance adjusting portion configured to proximately cover an outer surface of the thin portion.

Electrical busbar and method of fabricating the same

A busbar for use in mechanically and electrically connecting components in a device or system. The busbar includes a plurality of conductors arranged to provide two opposed end portions and an intermediate portion, wherein each of the conductors has a plurality of intermediate extents that traverse the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion including: (A) an unfused segment where no intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a single consolidated conductor, and (B) a fused segment that includes (i) a partial solidification zone where a majority of the intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a partially solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, (ii) a full solidification zone where all of intermediate extents of the conductors are fused together to form a fully solidified region that provides a single consolidated conductor, and (iii) an unsolidified region where all of the intermediate extents of the conductors are not fused together.
