FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE TERMINAL
A terminal with a connecting end, a midsection, and a crimping end is disclosed. The midsection is adapted to prevent damage to the terminal. The connecting end is configured to be received in a housing. The crimping end is configured to be connected to a substrate. At least two of the connecting end, the midsection, and the crimping end are conductive and formed as a single, unitary component.
Electrical connector with components of better material and little lead, preferably on the basis of copper
An electrical connector consists of a connector housing (10) and at least one electrical contact element (1). The connector housing (10) and/or the electrical contact element (1) have a lead content of <0.1 weight percent. A method for manufacturing a contact element from a blank which has a lead content of <0.1 weight percent, uses the following method steps: Loading the blank into a manufacturing machine; producing a pin region or a socket region for electrically contacting another, opposite contact element; producing a fixing region for fixing the contact element in an insulating body; producing a crimp region for electrically connecting a conductor to the contact element or finishing the crimp region if the blank has already been previously prepared on a different machine; and removing the finished contact element from the manufacturing machine.

PCIE/SAS FEMALE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
A Peripheral Component Interconnect Express/Serial Attached SCSI (PSAS) female connector includes a frame member, a terminal member, and a cover member; the frame member including a terminal groove disposed in the frame member and a tilt portion disposed in the terminal groove adjacent to a plug end; the terminal member inserted in the frame member and including a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) 7 pin terminal, a Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) 40 pin terminal, a 15 Pin signal terminal, a 6 Pin terminal, and a 4 Pin terminal. When the PSAS female connector is engaged with the male connector, the SATA 7 Pin terminal and the SAS 40 Pin terminal are pressed by a terminal of the male connector to be bent toward an outer lateral side of the terminal groove to contact the elastic plate of the cover member. The present invention effectively improves the cross interference during high speed transmission, thereby achieving the Generation 5 performance requirement.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector (1) includes: a housing (60); at least one contact (20) that is housed in a housing hole (64) including the body (63) of the housing, and extends in a predetermined direction from the housing body (63); and a guide (65) that is disposed contiguously to the housing body (63), and extends from the housing in the predetermined direction. The size of a portion of the guide (65), extending from the housing body (63), is greater than the size of a portion of the contact (20), extending from the housing body (63). The electrical connector (1) is mated with a mating electrical connector and prevents positional deviation between contacts in a pair, which are mated to each other, in a case in which such connectors are connected while being mated to each other.
Electrical connector and electrical connecting device
The invention relates to an electrical connector (2) including a connector body (20), which includes at least one accommodation (21), and at least two electrical connecting organs (22, 22′), which each include at least one internal section (220, 220′) extending inside said at least one accommodation (21).
