BUSBAR CONNECTOR
A busbar connector includes an insulative housing which is configured to accept a busbar assembly therein. The busbar connector is connected to an electrical device, such as a server. The busbar connector includes contact terminals which engage with busbars for distributing power. The busbar connector can include a signal housing having signal contact terminals for connection to a signal component of the busbar assembly.
TERMINAL FOR CONTACTING A CONTACT PIN
A terminal for contacting at least one contact pin includes: a socket carrier; and at least one socket, which includes in each case a first contact arm connected to the socket carrier and a second contact arm connected to the first contact arm via a resilient connection, which second contact arm is pivotable, in a space between the first contact arm and the socket carrier, between a vacant position and an occupied position. In the vacant position the second contact arm is arranged at a first distance from the socket carrier and in the occupied position the second contact arm is arranged at a second distance from the socket carrier which is smaller than the first distance. A restoring force of the resilient connection in the occupied position contacts the respective contact pin between the first contact arm and the second contact arm.
CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR SET
A board connector including plural terminal units each including an inner terminal, an outer terminal covering the inner terminal, and a terminal unit-side dielectric body provided between the inner terminal and the outer terminal and supporting the inner terminal. The plural terminal units are arranged in a row along one direction in a state in which adjacent of the plural terminal units contact each other.
CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR SET
A board connector including an inner terminal including a connection portion for connecting to an inner conductor, an outer terminal, and a terminal unit-side dielectric body. The outer terminal includes a terminal-side covering portion covering the inner terminal in a state in which the connection portion protrudes outward, and a terminal-side extension portion extending from the terminal-side covering portion and extending alongside the connection portion. The terminal unit-side dielectric body is provided between the inner terminal and the outer terminal at an inside of the terminal-side covering portion so as to support the inner terminal.
FEMALE TERMINAL
The connecting tube portion 20 has a bottom wall 22, an upper wall 24 facing the bottom wall 22 and a front opening 21 open forward. The resilient contact piece 50 includes a fulcrum portion 51 folded rearward from a front end edge of the bottom wall 22 in the connecting tube portion 20 and a contact point portion 54 provided at a position behind the fulcrum portion 51 to contact the male terminal 80. The auxiliary spring 70 is disposed at a position behind the fulcrum portion 51 and below the contact point portion 54. The auxiliary spring 70 includes protrusions 75 projecting in a direction intersecting the front-rear direction. The protrusions 75 and an inner surface of the upper wall 24 are visually confirmable through the front opening 21 of the connecting tube portion 20.
Vibration-Proof Electrical High-Current Flat Socket Contact Device
An electrical flat socket contact device includes a contact chamber, a plurality of electrical contact springs arranged in the contact chamber, and a mechanical retaining spring arranged in the contact chamber separately from the electrical contact springs. A tab contact is insertable into the contact chamber. The electrical contact springs electrically contact the tab contact and the mechanical retaining spring mechanically retains the tab contact.
HIGH VOLTAGE (HV) TERMINAL FRAME
A two-piece high voltage (HV) terminal frame having a terminal frame and a contact spring. The terminal frame includes at least a top portion, a bottom portion, and a middle portion forming an opening for receiving a first bus bar and a second bus bar. The contact spring is configured to engage the top portion of the terminal frame, wherein the contact spring includes a spring portion that extends into the opening of the terminal frame.
