Connector assembly and seal
A connector assembly includes a first-housing, a second-housing, and a seal. The second-housing is configured to mate with the first-housing. The second-housing has a seal-support surface having a first-surface and a second-surface perpendicular to the first-surface and generally forming an L-shape. The seal-support surface includes a plurality of seal-hangers projecting laterally from the first-surface. The seal is in direct contact with the seal-support surface. The seal defines a wall and a lip extending laterally from the wall. The wall defines an inner-surface that engages the first-surface and an outer-surface that engages the first-housing. The wall further defines a plurality of apertures configured to receive the plurality of seal-hangers. The lip defines a base that engages the second-surface and a top that engages a leading-edge of the first-housing. The plurality of seal-hangers are configured to inhibit bunching or rolling of the wall when the first-housing is mated with the second-housing.
ANGLED POWER PIN ALIGNMENT AND CRIMPING FIXTURE
A power pin alignment and crimping fixture having a fixture body. The fixture body includes a plurality of channels each having a first open end and a second open end. The plurality of channels are disposed at an angle diverging away from one another in a direction from the first open end to the second open end such that each of the plurality of channels are disposed along a corresponding side edge of a symmetrical shape.

REPLACEABLE PIN FOR TERMINAL OF CHARGING INLET ASSEMBLY
A terminal for a charging inlet assembly includes a head, a mating shaft, and a replaceable pin removably coupled to the head. The head is secured in a terminal channel of a housing of the charging inlet assembly having a terminating end configured to be terminated to a power cable. The mating shaft has threads. The replaceable pin has an outer surface defining a separable mating interface for mating engagement with a charging conductor of a charging connector. The replaceable pin has a drive base at the rear including drive teeth configured to be engaged by a socket tool to rotate the replaceable pin relative to the head for installing or removing the replaceable pin. The mating shaft is threadably coupled to at least one of the head or the replaceable pin in a corresponding threaded bore of the head or the replaceable pin.

Connector with retention feature
A cable assembly and associated connector are provided. The cable assembly includes a connector and a length of cable for conducting an electrical current. The connector includes a connector body and a cap threadably engaging the connector body. The cap and connector body each include abutment surfaces arranged to interact with one another to provide a retention feature such that the cap is not inadvertently removed from the connector body.

Adapter for sealing boot for electrical interconnections
An adapter for a sealing boot includes: an annular body having a radially-outward exterior surface; at least one helical thread extending radially inwardly to define a threaded interior surface and defining a plurality of roots and crests, wherein the crests extend radially inwardly a distance A from the roots; and a blocking section that extends axially across the plurality of roots and crests, the blocking section extending radially inwardly at least the distance A from the roots at junctions with the crests, and extending radially inwardly a distance B from the roots in areas between the roots and crests.
Electrical Connector
A connector includes a housing having a thread post at a first end and a thread head at a second end opposite to the first end, an insulation body received in the housing, a terminal disposed in the insulation body and received in the housing, and an electromagnetic shielding mechanism. The electromagnetic shielding mechanism is welded on a surface of the thread head adjacent to the thread post.
